Also, Aspen gets 11 feet of snow annually. This will be fun.

Peter's probably going to have to find some snow chains for his car (especially if he wants to take Miyuki to her first hockey game) and either put on some warmer clothes or do up his jacket. Kennedy (if and when I get round to introducing him) will probably end up going on about the NRL snow game. And I'm not sure how Erin's going to take it, seeing as it doesn't really snow that much in New Zealand's North Island (and, when it does, it's usually at higher altitudes).
I know that feeling. Especially if it snows quite badly and, as a result, a 20-25 minute drive home from college ends up lasting a couple of hours.

Tallest mountain in Colorado is at 14,439 feet
It's actually a really weird thing. Colorado has5025 mountains between 14,439 feet and 14,000 feet. The tallest is only taller than Mount Rainier, the ONLY mountain in Washington above 14,000 feet, by a mere 27 feet. Also only 5 mountains in the entirety of California go above 14,000, and the tallest is only about 70 feet higher than the tallest in Colorado. And Mount Whitney, in California, is the highest in the lower 48 of the United States. Yet these are all so far apart form each other and are only a few feet apart at most.

In my home city, if the teens chuck bottles and stones, the riot helmets and shields come out, like this.
