And no he wont join pirates. He tries to stay in the legal side of things as much as possible.
He is a good boy. He only does bad stuff when he feels there is no other choice but to be naughty.

He doesn't want to be a bad influence for his daughter.

But half the fun is in breaking the rules!
And eventually, maybe, just maybe, what we're doing could be called..... "privateering." Because that's pretty much the deal with the Dominion we have atm.

Only if your a bandit or a vagabond or some other person that profits off the misfortune of others and breaking the rules.

For everyone else the rules are good. The rules are there to keep them safe and secure and not dead.

This Breton likes being alive and not robbed from.

He likes having rules to make sure he and his little kitty don't end up another couple of unnamed statistics in the war of life.

Hey! We bandits have good morale compasses. Just that they detect a lot of metal that is of the gold variety. :p

So yes, a contingency plan will definitely be necessary.

We only backstab those who aligned themselves against Dominion interests. Those who align with us are given great treasures as reward for their alignment. :p

We'll see, but so far, the bandits are in the Dominion's alignment.

He might try to make a new one. It might take dozens or hundreds of years, but he'll eventually be able to take over Akavir.

Could I have my new chars theoretically in charge of a Daedra-worshipping bandit group, Dutch?
Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search for our better selves?
In Egypt's sandy silence, all alone,
Stands a gigantic Leg, which far off throws
The only shadow that the Desert knows:—
"I am great OZYMANDIAS," saith the stone,
"The King of Kings; this mighty City shows
"The wonders of my hand." The City's gone,
Nought but the Leg remaining to disclose
The site of this forgotten Babylon.

We wonder, and some Hunter may express
Wonder like ours, when thro' the wilderness
Where London stood, holding the Wolf in chace,
He meets some fragment huge, and stops to guess
What powerful but unrecorded race
Once dwelt in that annihilated place.

A group can be small and still important and powerful. The Dark Brotherhood assassinated the Emperor of Tamriel and they were pretty small.

Yeah, but they're a bunch different than a bandit group. Besides, they had the help of the Dragonborn.

Neu-Apps.

Ilyria Apmesmnes
Image

Race: Maormer.
Gender/Sex: Female.
Appearance: Ilyria is small for a Maormer, with a standing height of 5'4, and weighing an average one hundred and twenty pounds. Like her twin brother, she is blind in one eye, her left eye, a birth defect. She, like most other Maormer, have milky-white eyes, shaped in the traditional Elven fashion. She has long, flowing bone-white hair that goes down to her lower back, which she often organizes into very ornamental, decorated patterns using braids, rings, and a large number of other techniques. However, the ever-present theme to her constantly changing hair is a braided crown that surrounds her head made purely of her own hair from her forehead to just above her ears, where it dissolves into various other patterns. She has tattoos, reminiscent of a half-dozen snakes done up in a tribal style, interlocking and intertwining with one another from her ankles to her fingertips and everywhere in between, a reminder to herself and others of her origin.
Class: I suppose that the closest thing that she would be able to liken herself to would be a sorcerer.
Equipment:
  • Her personal set of armour that she forged herself, more or less equivalent to some sort of heavy mage armour. However, she only ever wears the helm when she's sure that she will be forced to engage in combat.
  • When not wearing her armour, she is almost always clothed in semi-loose robes that provide for her maximum comfort when she works her magic.
  • She carries around with her an ebony dagger at all times.
  • A number of personal and hygenic affects, including food, water, et cetera.
  • She has an ancestral ring that was passed down to her upon the death of her father, stealing it unknowingly from him on his deathbed in order to prevent her brother ton get it. Forged out of pure gold, it is encrusted with well-cut pieces of ebony that stretch around the entire band. While it is built for the third finger of a man, she wears it on the middle finger of her right hand.
  • A number of spell books, many of them on the dark arts.
  • Various herbs, ingredients, and components for alchemy.
Skills:
  • Ilyria is an extremely experienced and skilled alchemist, and is able to assemble a number of advanced potions and elixirs.
  • Ilyria is a well-versed mage and sorcerer, having studied magic her entire life and then some, and can wield five of the eight schools of magic with relative mastery, including destruction, illusion, alteration, conjuration, and restoration. She is also somewhat experienced in mysticism and thaumatergy, though much less so than the other five.
  • While she is relatively skilled in enchanting, the eighth school of magic, but she hates to do it, and rarely uses it.
  • She is also a skilled necromancer, a cabalist in the dark arts. She creates and sells black soul gems to those who are willing to buy them, though of course, she keeps her business, and her true identity as a necromancer, a secret.
  • Ilyria is extremely well read and intelligent, and often uses this to her advantage.
  • Due to her small stature and relative athleticism, she is quite acrobatic and stealthy, one of her few aids in combat.
Weaknesses: Ilyria's weaknesses mostly lie in her social deficiencies. She'd rather surround herself with the reanimated dead rather than have to talk to real live people. Furthermore, she normally doesn't keep weapons on her person, with the exception of her dagger, and in a combat situation more often than not has to rely on her armour, athletic skill, and magic to protect her. Furthermore, her large emotional attachment to her brother often limits her in certain actions or strategies.
Bio: Born a daughter and a twin to a Pyandoneic noble family in exile from their homeland for not submitting to Orgnum's belief system, Ilyria and her brother were raised in a comfortable environment in the city of Alinor on the Summerset Isles, where she and her family were given patronage by the Altmer as enemies of Orgnum and Pyandonea at large. Her brother had a troubled upbringing, and Ilyria soon emerged as the "favourite child" of the noble couple. She took well to her education, and soon specialized in magic and the arcane arts, taking after her Altmer tutor. Her brother, on the other hand, shunned by their parents and their tutor, spurned his own education and more or less refused it. Despite their parents' disappointment, both Orgnum and Illyria grew quite close to one another, Ilyria taking pity on her brother's predicament. In their late teens, the two of them fled Alinor, taking a ship out of Sunhold bound for the Imperial Isle, hoping there that they would find freedom and release from their parents' controlling grasp.

Upon arriving on the Imperial Isle, however, the pair didn't find the automatic fix-all that they had imagined; in fact, quite the opposite. More or less penniless, with almost nothing to their names, the two of them struggled in the city and soon found themselves resorting to petty crime in order to get by. The pair soon made somewhat of a reputation for themselves, being some of the only Maormer in the city's underworld, and for a time worked as professional muggers, being called "the blue two" by those in the know. However, they grew relatively tired of the lifestyle, and with what money they had made, left the Imperial Isle and moved North, and then West, through the Colovian Highlands and ending up in Falkreath. They spent some time in the city itself, before retiring to the wilderness, where they made a small camp in the interior of a relatively extensive cave complex on the South shore of Lake Illinalta. Here Orgnum hunted while Ilyria studied, experimented, and improved her prowess in Magic, and the two lived in relative peace. She taught her brother to read, but much to hre dismay, he showed no prowess in magic, and soon abandoned any attempt to train him in the art. She eventually grew tired of her mediocre position in life, and began recruiting errant homeless, mercenaries, and hedge knights from Falkreath and the Reach, forming a small camp of wayward souls in her cavernous residence, calling her little settlement "Waytown". Waytowners, referred by most as "The Wayward", often acting as both bandits and mercenaries, swords for hire full-time, caravan raiders part-time. Secretly, Ilryia's eventual aims are to expand the membership and population of both The Wayward and Waytown in order to garner more power, initially in Skyrim, and then in Tamriel itself.
RP Sample: fahm pls

Personality: Ilyria is, to some extent, a psychopath with a few exceptions, most notably her brother, by definition being very intelligent both in terms of emotional and intellectual intelligence. However, she doesn't particularly care about those who she surrounds herself with and is more at home with the dead than with the living, and is more than content to go weeks without sentient interaction, surrounding herself in her studies, novels, and dark magic. Nonetheless, she does recognize that one can't really shut themselves off from the world entirely, and often forces herself to interact with the rest of the world. She is emotionally intelligent, and is able to put on a facade of friendly and outgoing emotions most of the time, but her short temper and her long-term lack of empathy for those that she surrounds herself with give her psychopathic nature away. Finally, Ilyria is extremely ambitious, always looking to improve herself and her living conditions.
Likes: Most anything to do with magic, ranging from the restoration school to the arcane works of necromancy, she enjoys reading and pursuing other intellectual activities, especially extending her information or knowledge of any subject. She particularly enjoys academic pursuits in alchemy, magic, and history. She also enjoys herself a good sweet roll and a cup of tea.
Dislikes: Combat, more than anything. She finds that it interferes with her work, and impartially judges those who willingly partake in combat as unintelligent. She dislikes unintelligence in general, and finds that most of the natives of the province that she currently resides in as utterly intolerable.
Theme song: Coconuts - Silver Lights
Orgnum Apmesmnes
Image

Race: Maormer.
Gender/Sex: Male.
Appearance: Orgnum, unlike his twin sister, is quite tall and well-built, physically. He received the brawn of the family while his sister received the brains. Furthermore, completely unlike his sister, he shaves his head bald on the first day of every month. He shares her milky irises, and when he does allow his hair to grow, it is the same bone-white colour as hers. He's her twin, and somewhat oddly, the two were born blind in one eye, for Ilyria it was her left, and for Orgnum it was his right. When his chest is exposed, he, like his sister, has a number of interlocking and interweaving snake tattoos all along his body, from his thighs to his arms and everything in between.
Class: Orgnum would best fit into the Warrior class.
Equipment:
  • Orgnum has, and is usually seen wearing, a full set of Dwemer armour, decked out from head to toe in the armour of the long-gone species.
  • Orgnum also employs alongside his Dwemer Shield, a stylized Orcish one-handed axe.
  • When not in his armour, he also carries with him a set of clothes.
  • Various products such as food or water rations that he needs for life.
Skills:
  • Fighting, primarily. He has extensive skill in both close quarters' combat and in certain longer-range engagements.
  • Due to his lengthy tenure as a mugger, he is also quite sneaky and cunning, despite the fact that he is less intelligent than his sister.
  • While he is not a magical person at all, he has some knowledge and experience with the Restoration school.
  • He is quite a social butterfly in contrast to his sister, and often consorts with The Wayward.
Weaknesses: What are you really bad at/What are your weaknesses?
Bio: See the above bio. Creating a separate one would just be repeating what's already written.
RP Sample: One or more. You can also write one for this RP specifically.

Likes: Smashing heads.
Dislikes: Not smashing heads.
Theme song: Hotline Miami is timeless fahm

Wow seriously? Is everyone here really too lazy to back check things?
We have already had this discussion twice. The answer was no. It is still no.
The Numidium was destroyed beyond repair. There is nothing to bring back.

Assuming the current emperor is still imperial like all the others, that's not possible.

The first was dwemer made. Not possible to recreate.
The second was made by dagoth ur and his minions.
As in no one even knew it existed let alone how to create it besides them.

Only dwemer and magic living god people can create numidium.
The lesser races wouldn't even know where to begin.
