I just liked the image Plzen. Plus Romans always shunned cavalry, never were very good at it, that was all axillaries.

Cavalry charges against massed infantry was considered a stupid idea in the 17th Century and their volley-a-minute muskets. Imagine how suicidal that's going to be when the enemy has assault rifles.

Even back in the days, cavalry was very much a flank-and-ambush unit.

On the other hand, destroying the dam would seriously diminish the Enclave's ability to influence in the Mojave. There are no other real reasons that Vegas needs to be co-operative with the Enclave.

While the Dam is very helpful, it's not the only trick up our sleeve. For us, it's really just a military base. A very useful military base.

Destroying it would be pretty stupid, in all regards.

In any case, we did help rebuild a lot of Vegas, and have reduced radioactivity in certain areas. We honestly only want to revive America and make it great again.

Also, NAI, did we ever establish just how much military each faction has? they can't use their whole population after all, except for the unity and Legion because of how they're set up and all.

In the old one there was:
1.9 thousand Enclave Troops
2.9 Unity
5.2 Legion

But from the Legion's perspective, would that be a bad thing? A technologically primitive and economically impoverished Mojave would make a suitable easier conquest for the Legion.

Legion, well Caesar, hopes that the conquest of Vegas and the acquisition of the Dam will allow the Legion to become more than barbaric tribes, something to allow them to actually create a civilization. A New Rome, A New Vegas.

IIRC, the Courser should recognize Doctor Hikari if they see him as well.

EDIT: Institute scouts... maybe we'll accidentally run across each other while scouting around Hoover Dam. I don't think the Settlement will be very friendly to the Institute Expeditionaries, simply because the latter is so isolated and xenophobic.
