These sorts of things, really, are best left to IC discussions, but, since you asked, the clergy would ask for a handful of basic Church privileges, such as tax-exempt status in New Vegas, the recognition of the northwestern corner of the Mojave as indisputable Church property, the right to missionary work, and things of that nature, in addition to, of course, support for their extermination of mutants.

Oh.. I get it. Crap, I don't have one of those thought up. Actually outside the fact that they are some enclave refugees trying to build a suburbia,
I don't really got much. *facepalms* Didn't think it would be soo complicated. Gonna take awhile for me to think things up.

Unless the OP says otherwise, the npc group "boomers" lives there.

This whole thing about vertibirds being able to shock and awe them is complete shite.

One fat man was able to take down the Prydwen in fallout 4. Or whatever that mini nuke launcher was.

The boomers have multiple. Amongst other things I already explained.
I don't think anyone is going to take away the boomer's home any time soon.

OP has said otherwise. Enclave has Nellis, McCarran, 188, and the Dam.

I'll be happy to house the Institute though.

In the South, terrorism is considered a "business take over " by raider gangs. I'm a raider gang, but I have to deal with trading and Mutants.

Posted.

I'm planning to incorporate a bunch of characters, whether their one-offs or minor recurring characters, such as R&D Head Jack Harper (Who if you've played another series, will be veeeeery familiar).

What's the status of horses in the fallout universe? I'd imagine in some areas they managed to survive relatively unmutated, especially with wild horses being a thing.

Also, do we have to stay in the area exactly? The legoin has a lot of territory to draw from, and going further south for resources might be needed, like down the colorado river.

I ask why there's horses, ecause I want to get cavalry, I feel in this era it might actually be useful, due to the lacks of tanks and relative scarcity of stable fusion cores compared to cars. Plus imagine legion scouting parties being mounted, everyone would fear them :P

Cavalry is also massively vulnerable to massed rifle fire. It would be one of those things you gradually want to phase out.

I'm pretty sure they are extinct.

But, in this universe there are fusion powered cars which Legion has abundant amount of.

True. But I'll need to go looking for fusion cores, Searchlight doesn't have very much in the way of military supplies, all the military bases are in Unity territory or far to the north. Are we allowed to go off the New Vegas map? technically we shouldn't be limited to drawing upon resources in this area.

I just liked the image Plzen. Plus Romans always shunned cavalry, never were very good at it, that was all axillaries.

Also, NAI, did we ever establish just how much military each faction has? they can't use their whole population after all, except for the unity and Legion because of how they're set up and all.

yes, but your coursers are also very strong, count for like a dozen human soldiers each, if not more.

Cavalry charges against massed infantry was considered a stupid idea in the 17th Century and their volley-a-minute muskets. Imagine how suicidal that's going to be when the enemy has assault rifles.

Even back in the days, cavalry was very much a flank-and-ambush unit.
