Another idea would be to make a country for each ethnic group. I know it is idiotic, but it would be entertaining to see the name for states that don't exist. I wonder what the Gorani, Aromanians, and Ashkalis would call their states. Of course, we don't want to make a situation like today.

On a somewhat unrelated note, I'll give Hungary back Transylvania. I would just like money. How else will Bulgaria stop this from exploding in WW2?

Final offer: Pan-Slavia, with full ability to continue its treaties with Italy. Dalmatia is ceded not to Italy, but the Republic of Trieste as a Treaty zone, where It is demilitarized and administered by Trieste (but Italy has Trieste in its sphere, as it's official Sponsor as a nation--a Protectorate. ish. Kind of.). This way ethnic Italians are no longer ruled by other parties, and the Slavs get to unite without interference from other powers--under the conditions previously outlined where Austria gets an economic sphere of influence to use.

This reflects the Italian's contribution to the area by uniting Slavia and allowing Slavia to exist, while correcting the Austrian's overburdened political leadership and handing it to native peoples in exchange for economic SOI's to build a stronger economy at half the instability!
