Portugal I am not worried about.

America is going to be occupied with the now rapidly expanding Chinese threat in the East ( as in they already have hundreds of thousands in Vietnam, and more are expected to reach there soon, and Korea is still a huge drain on man power).

So, really, its just you and me. We are relatively technological equals, we can both field about the same amount of troops, and we are about the same market wise.

I however posses some major advantages. Namely, I can deploy my troops faster since I directly bordering the conflict areas. I have large swaths of supporters in the combat zones ( exempt Gibraltar); and I have cut off your main means of transportation to the Sudan and the Gulf States thus far. Now you have to rely on the long routes or your far off colonies in order to provide reinforcements and or aid to the Gulf States or the Sudan.

On that note, I imagine that The Sudan and Gulf States have been suffering slightly since I cut off the Suez for easy resupply.

On that note, you need to play more aggressively! You are the Soviet freaking Union! All of the other world powers are just going at it right now, and you are just sitting up north doin nothing. You need to use that big freaking military you have been building up for the last 60 years.
