Very funny, that is why an aircraft carrier exists it can launch an absurd aircraft at you, while staying out of harm's way.

Cristo, can you retcon the Sudan and Kuwait bits, I am going to make some posts regarding the invasion of Sudan and Kuwait and I would like to be able to respond to the initial invasion before you say that you've taken the military bases and bombed the governor-general's palace, ok?

I don't think the naval battle will be done by then, it may take days or even a week for the naval battle to be finished possibly. And once your troops get on shore, they have hell awaiting them.

I suppose your right. I did just deploy the second army corp, so thing just got a lot more even. Pus the Moroccans and the Portuguese are having at it. The Beach I imagine will be reached with in the next few hours at max. I am expecting a D-Day esque scenario. I lose a lot of guys, but because we overwhelm you ( 1:5) I imagine that we will take the beach. The city is another matter of course...

Either way, I am just gonna hammer his carrier with my Scuds.

The R-17 ( which is what we would be using at the time) has a range of 650 km's. So unless your Phantoms can make a 1300 Km trip in a heavy combat zone without having need to refuel, I am pretty confident of my Scuds.

The R-17 ( which is what we would be using at the time) has a range of 650 km's. So unless your Phantoms can make a 1300 Km trip in a heavy combat zone without having need to refuel, I am pretty confident of my Scuds.

The F-4 phantom had a range of 680km when in combat, so it has a longer reach than Scuds, which probably would have been picked up by the recon squadron stationed in Rota.
