Unfortunately, nations that solely exist on NationStates and are entirely fictional (like a nation that is on a fictional landmass or planet) can't post in the RP. I will accept your application on three conditions:

1- Why would Sally Davis be President? I will assume that she is not of North African descent, why not have Gaddafi as the President? If you have a good reason for her to be President though, then it could be alright (maybe).
2- Egypt is part of the AFU, so unfortunately you can't have it yet. But, you can have it if you invade the AFU and take it over.
