Also one if the reasons I started breeding mantises.
... I really want to eat a marmot.

I would like to go and chase something out on the farm though, but right now I can't.. I'm immobilized. And even if I could walk right now, I couldn't go very far. As you know, AT-ATs aren't very fast. Right now I walk like one-- with only three legs! >.<
Still though... That marmot looks so plump and tasty..

Indeed, there are no squirrels in the Philippines. Having lived there for 8 years and visited about a year ago, I can confirm that.
What about frogs? Chicken guts? Balot? Goat meat dishes? Liver?..... I'm sure that there plenty of mammals that can be cooked there, personally mine would be the street vendors that sell Fish balls and other things. They're delicious!

There's shumai in Indonesia, with peanut sauce, soy sauce, and spicy/tomato sauce and lime as part of the accessories for the food. It's made from the fish, as well.
Of course, in Indonesia you will also find a lot of exotic foods. Bats, Grasshooper, I think there's komodo meat (?). In Thailand, I remember there is a half-boiled duck egg, the duck's still inside the egg so when you open the shell you can eat...the half-boiled baby duck.

We have something like that to, it's called Balot. It's almost a fully developed baby chick.

I know that it's not a widely shared sentiment, but I miss discussing OM&T..... Whether it be planning stuff or if it's just talking about characters or thoughts about the setting of the various RPs. Although, I guess there's a reason it's dead, but sometimes it's good discuss one your roots.
