Then there's 3, pink tie, but that doesn't seem quite right. Lumi can always override me though, I mean her character's the one who's going to be wearing the darn thing.

In my book series, pink is Xavier's favorite color, but the gold could work. Lemme look at them again.

Haruka and Xavier are getting married in the spring. It's all very romantic and sweet.

So due to the stupidity from earlier, Head Council Dude restarted the poll without Holy High. But he apparently plans to speak to us about it soooo...that's kind of him. But anyway...

You know what? I think it's for the best. Infinite Justice can have their pretty trophy. "Amen, amen, I say to you, they have received their reward." If we had won, it only would have been more of a headache. The people who said they were sorry earlier probably would have complained everything was rigged, and that we didn't deserve it, that we're various four and five letter words that I won't say, and then complain and ask for a revote.

So let us take the high road. The HOLY HIGH road. And in the words of Adam Levine:

Everyone here is a great writer. Those IJ people can say what they want. We let it roll off our backs, and we keep doing what we're doing.

I'm not entirely sure what to say here. Considering I came here with one word in the front of my mind, and now I feel compelled to illustrate my point.

I apologize for what happened in my thread. In my latest posts, I detailed my (limited) thought process going into the elections. I told the person who nominated you that, even if it were a joke, I would pursue it as if it were a normal nomination. I never expected what happened to happen. I actually thought everyone would just ignore it and move on. But after reading everything that did go down, I was starting at a loss for what to say. I founded that little thread more than two years ago to collaborate with friends I'd met from previous excursions and provide a common ground where there were no bad ideas, only ways to make them work.

And I'll admit, for a post or two I myself was not pleased with the results of the vote. I wanted to argue, and say that one was objectively better than the other. While my opinions on which work I would've voted for have not changed, I need to let all of you know that I'm sorry for what I myself said, and try to take responsibility for what goes on in my home. Sadly, too much Star Wars prevented that, and now we're here.

If there's anything I can do to make it up to you, short of re-redoing the vote because I found more applicants to fill the whole poll (and I do believe this is for the best, I've got something for HH come Christmastime), please don't be afraid to ask. To tell the truth, I'm a sucker for any RP with multiple mythologies blending together. And I don't have all the time in the world to write long posts anymore. So don't be surprised if a suspiciously familiar Temp shows up with certain Greco-Roman War God and asks to tool around in his spare time.
