"...I don't mind Hyperion, but...Raven..." she sighed and shook her head, trying to relax as Otohime was telling her to do. "...I just want this to be done...and then I need to sleep..."

"I know you don't trust him," her voice was soothing, her thumbs still rubbing out the knots in Hamiri's back, "But I need you to let all of that anxiety just flow out, alright? Think about something happy, or silly, or cute. Patriah can cover all of those when he's a baby dragon, so try that. I'm sure it'll help you out."

Patriah glared coolly over at Raven. "I'm not in the mood...sorry..." he muttered, partially-angry and partially-depressed.

[Ranoria]

Patriah glared coolly over at Raven. "I'm not in the mood...sorry..." he muttered, partially-angry and partially-depressed.

Otohime sighed, they were both in a bad mood. Of course, at this point, Raven had essentially enslaved them all, so that was perfectly acceptable. She had only wanted Hamiri to think about that, not Patriah to actually do it.

Mourir's hand drew back to his mace and the weapon turned to ash, he dissaproved of attachments in general. Everything had to have its end, and nothing lasted forever. Not mortals, not dragons, not angels, not demons, not gods. Nothing was eternal.

[Charlia]

It seemed Haruka had been forgotten. She wasn't a fighter, not in her preferred form anyway, but nobody had even seemed to notice she was there.

And at such a time... Her fiance in the hands of a creature who was cruel and ruthless. The angel she loved, undergoing who knew what mental torture and humiliation.

The only other times she had felt such fear were when Lamashtu had kidnapped her, and at the time of her death.

Both times, she had felt so alone. She felt that loneliness now.

Ianar watched Raven give his presentation on the battle plan
This is unbelievably boring...i left Rosalie alone for this?!?
He looked back at her, she was talking to Arael
They glanced at him...he quickly turned away
What are they talking about?
He waited till they looked away, and he turned invisible in a split second
Ianar snuck over to within earshot of their conversation...
It was about him...and Adam
Rosalie wasn't wrong....Adam had hurt Ianar
but Ianar thought he had concealed it well....hadn't he?
He walked back to his seat before anyone could notice him
He sat down and turned visible again
He did not realize that it was obvious to anyone that he was....hurt
Ianar never was one to show emotion...and now Rosalie knew?
This blows...

Lux saw her wandering away, and he followed her. "Haruka?..." He put a hand on her shoulder, as he caught her far from the group.

"Lux?" she asked quietly, and then sighed. "Do you know if Arael will talk to me? I... I need his help."

She closed her eyes tightly. I have to know...

"...Arael?..." He nodded to her, and he smiled gently at Kyoko as he noticed her. He then walked back over to the Angel.

Seeing the Archangel walk back toward him, Arael blinked. "Is something the matter?"

"Haruka wants to see you..." he told him.

The Angel wondered what the ghost girl could possibly want with him. They hardly knew each other, and now she wanted him. Then again, he remembered hearing her at Raven's palace, talking to Xavier and crying to him, after they had met again, when Xavier had defeated Lamashtu. A feeling of dread filled his stomach, but he went to Haruka anyway. When he reached her, he whispered, "Yes, Haruka?"

Hamiri didn't hear all of the conversation, but she saw Rosalie hugging Ianar's invisible form, and she sighed sadly. All of this is just so sad...and frustrating...not even in a fun way, but in a despairing way...Why does it feel like this? Why now of all times, when we're fighting opponents we've beaten before?...Why does everything feel so wrong, here?

"No kidding dude. I swear, sometimes having your powers be spontaneous and random aren't the best thing. I ended up on several different versions of random planets before I got back here. It was quite a sight to see, someone randomly falling out of the sky multiple times. If it wasn't for me being naturally resistant to damage, then I would have broken every bone in my body. Good to be back finally." He laid his cane over one of his shoulders, the tip sticking in the air.

Hamiri didn't hear all of the conversation, but she saw Rosalie hugging Ianar's invisible form, and she sighed sadly. and wiped the tear from her face
"Rosalie..look at me. That happened a long time ago, and while it still does hurt, I shouldn't make a big deal out of it...and you shouldn't cry about it...such a waster of such a happy....pretty face."
Ianar half smiled
He looked around...people all around him sad...
What is happening?

"Arael," she said firmly, "Will you take me to my fiance? I need to be with him."
