[Free Empire of the Low Isles]

Raphael chuckles, catching this out of the corner of his eye. He looks back at Lux. "I think we made someone happy... other than ourselves, I mean..."

He merely smiled, hearing that Patriah was crying tears of joy for them. "Heheh...That is good...I am happy for him..."

His wings glittered cheerfully, as Lux himself was in good spirits once again.

"You good now?" Raphael asks, leaning back.

[Charlia]

She leaned against him, smiling.

"...Together..."

Haruka had never been one for fairy tales. (She preferred ghost stories. Which made sense, considering she was in one.) But if she had, she probably would have compared this moment to a fairy tale.

He's an immortal angel, and I'm a ghost...

Forever...

The word's always seemed so... so daunting. Especially before I found Kyoko. The thought of spending forever separated from my husband, my baby... it was so terrifying.

But I found Kyoko, and now I have Xavier...

And suddenly 'forever' seems like one of the most beautiful words in existence.

"Soooooo...this means we have to find outfits...and have a cake made...hmmmm...and we need a celebrant...Hahaha...this might be kind of a while, before we get to the actual wedding..." he muttered.

And I'm not completely out of money. This is a good thing.

Maybe I can help her buy her dress?

But I've never bought anything for a girl before.

Except a ring.

Which I guess is a pretty good start...

"...Well, it's in the spring, so we do have a while..."

Then she paused.

"Do we know anyone who can bake?"

"You good now?" Raphael asks, leaning back.

He looked at him, and his wings glowed slightly brighter. "Yes...I am...overjoyed...that this is all past, now..." he replied. Remembering something else, he brightened as he added, "Ah! Um...I do not mean to change the subject so drastically, but...I discovered...last night...I am an...I am an uncle!"

[Luminesa]

"Soooooo...this means we have to find outfits...and have a cake made...hmmmm...and we need a celebrant...Hahaha...this might be kind of a while, before we get to the actual wedding..." he muttered.

Kyoko opened her eyes, yawning, her tiny face scrunching up.

Then she stared at Xavier as if to ask, What about me?

"You good now?" Raphael asks, leaning back.

He looked at him, and his wings glowed slightly brighter. "Yes...I am...overjoyed...that this is all past, now..." he replied. Remembering something else, he brightened as he added, "Ah! He thought for a moment, and then he grinned. "I can!" he exclaimed.

"...Well, that's certainly convenient."

Kyoko opened her eyes, yawning, her tiny face scrunching up.

Then she stared at Xavier as if to ask, What about me?

He laughed. "I guess it is...though it's been a while since I've baked a wedding cake...This should be fun," he commented.

Seeing the baby wake-up, he kissed her nose. "Are you excited, Kyoko-tan? I'm gonna be your daddy, soon!" he cheered.

[Charlia]

"...Well, that's certainly convenient."

Kyoko opened her eyes, yawning, her tiny face scrunching up.

Then she stared at Xavier as if to ask, What about me?

He laughed. "I guess it is...though it's been a while since I've baked a wedding cake...This should be fun," he commented.

Seeing the baby wake-up, he kissed her nose. "Are you excited, Kyoko-tan? I'm gonna be your daddy, soon!" he cheered.

She grinned, patting his hand, but then narrowed her eyes. If she could speak, she would have yelled, WHAT ABOUT ME?!

But she couldn't speak. So she didn't.

Voi stops in his tracks and turns to face her. "goddess of suicide you say and..... uhhhh, maybe before I ask some questions for you"."I should tell you who I am". "I'm God of earth, lightning,light, knowledge and souls".

Ixtab nods, stopping when Voi did. "A lot more well liked than suicide." That wasn't meant as a joke more so as a fact. Who she was and what she was the goddess of wasn't really well liked in this day and age, in fact, suicide is most of the time stopped now. "And you has questions for me, you said?"

"Just that someone with that....." Voi stops what he is saying and starts again. "I..... never mine and well, I can't really judge since I'm friends with a death goddess and she is.... not what you would expect someone like her to be". "So, sorry about that and we are almost there". Voi starts to walk again.

Helena finds Xavier and sees him with Haruka and her baby. "Hey Xavier and Haruka, what you guys talking about?

[Luminesa]

Patriah grinned, still crying. "S-Sure...Heheheheh...I could use some baby-dragon snuggles right now..." he mumbled into his shoulder.

Meanwhile, down the hall, Hamiri had come inside, after everything that had happened with Jawzarr. "Wow, what a headache...! Oh!" She turned and saw Otohime coming, and she grinned. "Hi! What's up?" she greeted.

Ryujin smirks. "Yeah, well too bad." He punches Patriah in the gut just hard enough to knock the wind out of him, "We're here to get Hamiri baby dragon snuggles, not you, now come outside so you can turn into a dragon." He walks out, motioning for his pupil to follow.

Otohime waves cheerfully. "Hey Hamiri! Not much on my end, how about you? What was all that with the big green dragon?"

Patriah followed him outside, clutching his hurting stomach. "I was saying I wanted to be able to give Hamiri baby-dragon snuggles, sheesh..." he grumbled.

Hamiri saw him walking by, and the flicked him playfully behind the ear. As he jumped, startled, she smirked. Then, after he had walked away, still grumbling, she looked at Otohime. "Augh, Jawz...I don't really even know...He got angry and started breaking everything...I can only hope Loki or Voi or someone helped him...Where's Raphael?" she asked, slightly surprised to see her without her boyfriend.

Yet then, remembering Alex's illness, his smile became a frown. "The...only thing is...he has a sickness that has kept him from physically aging...and I am not allowed to go near him...Because if I do he will be harmed...I do not know what to do...I want to be with him...for Christmas, at least...I am sure that would make him happy, but...they said he is very ill and may be dying...I-I do not know what to do..."

[Ranoria]

Otohime looked down guiltily, "Well, I thought may-" She stopped as Ryujin ruffled her hair in passing, "I know Lux wanted to spend some time with him, and I've kinda been hogging him all to myself...not that I meant to, but I was still doing it."

[Luminesa]

He nodded. "An angel, her name is Lilly...um...She has a child...with a human man...and his name is Alex. She is my sister, so that makes me an uncle!" he exclaimed, smiling. Yet then, remembering Alex's illness, his smile became a frown. Then he blinks. "Wait. An angel named Lilly? I've never heard of her before..."

Try to enter your dragon form, but...younger, much younger, think of all the features that make it dangerous and think of yourself as less developed, almost like turning into a human child, but as a dragon."

"Alright!" Otohime dashes into the room, and this time starts packing her own things instead of Bo doing it for her, "This is going to be great!"

Perplexed by this new theory, he looked out the window, worried. "That...could very well be true...Though...how would we find out if that is the case?...And how would we stop the doctors from harming him?" he asked. "Ah, and I have never heard of Lilly either...but she is not at fault here...She loves her son very much, and...it hurts to see her and her husband...watching their child and being unable to reach-out to him..."

He nodded. "I will bring you to him tonight, perhaps...the hospital is far too crowded during the daytime, it seems," he replied.

Raphael scratches his neck. "Well... That's kinda... you know... I think we have plans..." Raphael mutters, then sighs. "I'm trying to do it again. I'm trying to skimp out on my duties just to be with Otohime..."

"The powers start to emerge around the time you're three, but normally you don't see your full Mage form until you're thirteen. That's the usual age, anyway, I saw mine when I was eleven," he explained.

He then imagined that child-self as a baby dragon-chick. As he imagined himself this way, he suddenly felt himself shrink. When he opened his eyes again, he saw he was lying on the ground, and the sun was far above him. "Whoa...did it work?" He looked at his claws-they were tiny, with pin-needle claws. "Haha, yes! It worked! YES!" he exclaimed, excited.

[Luminesa]

He nodded. "I will bring you to him tonight, perhaps...the hospital is far too crowded during the daytime, it seems," he replied.

Raphael scratches his neck. "Well... That's kinda... you know... I think we have plans..." Raphael mutters, then sighs. "I'm trying to do it again. I'm trying to skimp out on my duties just to be with Otohime..."

He grabbed Raphael's hands, his eyes pleading. "Please...I want to help him...if this is truly happening, it must be stopped...Please..." he begged him.
