Seeing the demons were gone, Lux released his Soul-Self, and then he breathed a sigh of relief. Smiling at Charlotte, he walked over to her and hugged her. "You did it," he told her, smiling, "do you feel any better now?"

Arael merely watched from nearby, as his face slowly healed. He was happy for her, but now he felt shy around her. He had told her he loved her, but he was not sure if she had heard him.

Or how Cade would respond.

"I feel..." she said slowly, "...different. A good sort of different, I think. I don't feel quite as weighted down anymore."

She closed her eyes, and allowed herself to relax.

"That is good...You must rest. You have been through too much in one day..." he responded, as she rested in his arms for a moment.

This is good...perhaps now, she can finally stand tall, and Adam will not be able to hurt her, next time... he thought, hopefully.

[Castle Crashers]

"...In the name of my Father, I banish you, all of you, into the abyss," she continued, her voice growing stronger. "I cast you into the flames of hell where you belong! I order you to leave this place, now!"

They flickered, screamed again, and finally vanished.

Arael blinked and turned to him, confused for a moment. However, he then remembered that Cade was Charlotte's boyfriend, and his eyes widened. "Oh...I am sorry...Please forgive me...I did not mean to disturb you..." he whispered.

After a second, he smiled apologetically and turned away, feeling the smooth new skin on his face, as the charred skin slowly fell away. Why am I so afraid of him? Why?

It is not as thought I actually have anything to lose, if he knows, do I?

Bo had stayed back at Holy High, and was presently being climbed on by Taiyou and Chiba, both puppies.

The turtle was gone. "Hmmm... I'll ask should I see it again", for a moment milling over its ability to teleport others but deciding that it would be a puzzle to sort out later, as in after she learns about the magic anomaly.

She finally observes the chaos around her and it was indeed a sight to behold, all sorts of beings she vaguely recognized from Holy High, except for the center of everyone's focus and one who was trying to hide a few dunes away. As of now the being in the center was being attacked by some dragon being, however if what she was feeling was anything to go on she doubted that this would solve anything in the long run.

She sat down in the sand and began to sweep her hands through it. The sand, like the rest of this place, felt off but she knew she could still control it to form a barrier if she was in danger, at least there was that. But who knows, maybe she won't get roped into this fight.

It was around this time that she saw the one flying above them all, and wondered what he was planning to do.

Cyrek looked down, noticing the new person that had appeared in the same spot he had appeared at. He let himself fall, stopping himself just before he hit the ground. "Let me guess. You were wondering where everybody was and you grabbed the turtle's flipper."

He frowned, gently placing a hand on his shoulder. "Seriously, what's wrong?"

Arael looked at his hand, and then he looked at Cade. "...Cade...do you...love Charlotte?..." he asked him, quietly.

His concerned expression softened as he asked this. "Of course, I love her more than anything and anyone..." He answered, a faint smile appearing on his face as he said this. "...why do you ask?"

[Luminesa]

He blushed for a moment, trying to think if he should actually tell him.

Will he understand?...Will he be upset?

He wanted to spill his feelings about Charlotte badly. He wanted to say everything she was beginning to mean to him, regardless of what Cade thought. Yet the words wouldn't come out. He knew that Cade loved her, and that she loved him.

Then he looked at Lux, her close friend, who was hugging Charlotte and comforting her. She cared far more for the angel than she did for him, because she had known him longer.

He was just an outsider looking in, as he was with everything else. Lux had been called a shadow, but at least he had a shot at a life. Arael...he really was a shadow. He acted like Lux and had powers somewhat like his, using light and darkness and having a powerful other form. Being able to heal and to enter dreams.

He finally answered, "...Ummm...just...wondering...since you two are...so close..." he muttered, softly. He then looked over at Raven, who was fighting Hamiri and Ryujin at the moment.

Even if I can never love, I can at least fight for my friends...my real friends...my real family...

[Theocretes]

Ianar got up again and wandered around until he encountered Adam

Tercan looked up to the person floating down and got up to meet him. "Not specifically... to be completely honest I tend to stay out of these things but something was nagging me, as if the world was in imminent danger" she looks around at her surroundings "Well... some world."

She laughs for a second "I am very sorry, I am very absent minded, I actually have no idea who you are. I guess I have been oblivious to most of the silliness of this place for too long... Anyway my name is Tercan, what's your name? And can you fill me in with what is actually happening?"

Cyrek suspended his sword in midair and landed beside her. "I'm Cyrek. I just got here a short while ago, and I have just about as much information on the current happenings as you do. I'm quite confused to be honest."
