In my Nation, by one of the biggest 5 I ment cities. I talk about it in my infrastructure that we only have five big cities all of wich are ports and one of them is the capital. The four others are the ports that grew.

What? I was told I couldn't get any African colonies when I claimed South Africa east of Lesotho.
