The three largest sources of manpower is Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan as those areas form the core of Aymenia.

Culture: The nation has a normal, nordic culture. The country is currently going through its industrial revolution, with industries being built throughout Iceland. The nation is entering a great cultural era.[/b

Army: Iceland has a very small army. It numbers around 5000 soldiers. The troops are divided into 5 groups, for Iceland, the North, Greenland, the Caribbeans, and Africa. The standard weapon is the 1845 rifle. It is built with significant rifling, and minimal moving parts. The rifle is quite reliable but has the weakness of a low rate of fire. The standard sabres is the batter 34, it is built with a long, thin blade with minimal curve. The uniform is traditionally European. In the cold climate armies it comes with a jacket.
Navy: The navy is the Pride of Iceland, it numbers nearly 130 ships. The main fighting force is the Prince of the North with 111 guns, and a crew of nearly 1000. The navy has 14 other first rate battleships. They are accompanied by 40 second rate battleships, 32 third rates, 14 cruisers, and 19 frigates. The navy currently has 13 more ships under construction in Cameroon. The Icelandic marines are another branch of the Icelandic navy. They are the Icelandic special forces numbering 7000. They are the troops on board ships.
Economic Strength: The Icelandic fleet trade zone that extends as far south as the Azores is taxed. This means any ships heading North to America would have to pay Icelandic taxes. The Icelandic admiralty prevents tax evasion by increasing the tax every time the tax is evaded. Another National trade deal is the North sea trade. Icelandic seamen buy goods from the other Nordic countries and sail them to America, selling at and inflated price. They take American resources to Western Europe so that the Europeans don't have to bring their fleets over, avoiding storms and piracy. The Icelandic trade Empire has made it one of the richest countries in Europe.
Infrastructure: Iceland has minimal Infrastructure outside of Iceland.Because of the sheer wealth of Iceland it can afford high quality infrastructure. History: The POD was in the fall of Kalmar
The Kalahari Union exploded into Civil war in 1543 when the king suffered a death from an assassin’s dagger. The Danes blamed it on the Swedish who in response seceded from the Kalmar Union. The Danes and Norwegians went to war with Sweden, Invading it from two directions. The Finnish and Icelandic declared Independence as well. one year into the war the Swedes and Icelandic came up with a plan to knock Norway out of the war. They would do as Hannibal did. The Swedish general Adolphus marched an army north through mountain passes in the Scandes. He lost 2000 men in the crossing but ultimately appeared behind the Norwegian lines. They captured huge swathes of Norwegian territory, besieging Oslo. The Danish army attacked the Swedes and pushed them North but the war had stalemated. For the next 9 years the nations fought across the globe. The Icelandic captured Greenland and Svalbard while the Swedes captured Spitsbergen. By 1554 the Danes were so weak they could barely stand. In a final push they eliminated the Danes at the siege of Copenhagen. The war lasted 11 years, 10 months 29 days. In the following years Denmark was cut apart and awarded to the 4 Victors. The nations established a new Union known as the Scandinavian Union in 1672 which meant the removal of tariffs. In 1721 Iceland transitioned from a traditional monarchy into a parliamentary state with a Westminster parliament. The country has been officially neutral since the great Nordic war. We got together some other radicals and we contacted weapon dealers, we got low quality guns. We used these guns wisely, mayor here, a politician there. By this time we had gained some minor acknowledgement, we gathered a few more radicals and that is where we are today. We will fight to the death for our independence.

Culture: The primary culture of Adairstead is its own, the Adairsteadan culture, which was a mix of the culture of the primary ethnicites. However, as more flow into the gates of Adairstead, only certain immigrant cultures are tolerated, most notably French and Dutch culture, due to their resemblance to the Adairsteadan culture. However, Eastern European and Native culture is viewed with suspicion, whilst African culture would result in complete and utter social isolation.
Religion: The Church of Adairstead is the official church of the nation. However, most protestant denominations are fine in the land, whilst Catholics would only see acceptance in urban areas, and persecution in more rural areas of the country. Jews are encouraged to keep to themselves, and other religions would likely see prejudice everywhere.
Army: The formal Adairsteadan army is numbered at 29,000 men, all equipped with rifled muskets, and are considered the best trained and well-versed in military matters. Around 9,000 are cavalry, whilst 20,000 are infantrymen. However, a less formal militia does exist, and are rampant throughout the land, and in most major hubs of population. Some are better equipped than others, and comprise around 30% of the nation's population.
Navy: Given the mercantile nature of Adairstead, the navy was given particular attention by the government. The navy is comprised of 24 corvettes, 12 frigates, 9 destroyers, 10 cruisers and 16 other miscellaneous ships. The main base of the Adairsteadan navy is in the city of Carrington (modern-day New Orleans)
Economic Strength: The Adairsteadan economy is based off both trade with regional and international countries through the city of Carrington, and also the Mississippi river trade with native groups and other groups on the American continent, alongside a large agricultural base, producing cotton, tobacco, chocolate and other cash crops and an burgeoning industrial sector in New Aberdeen and Carrington. With all of these sectors, the western and northern segments of the land are rather poor, rural and undeveloped, but once headed towards the south and towards the east, wealth increases drastically, and with that, living standards and overall prosperity
Infrastructure: The Adairsteadan government doesn't overwhelming interfere with infrastructure, but does maintain a national road system made out of gravel and stone, connecting major cities to each other. Smaller roads are maintained by local authories and private entities, whilst railroads are usually maintained by private companies, but generally connect major points throughout the country. Overall, Adairstead has a relatively mediocre infrastructure, with the Mississippi river still remaining to be the primary form of transportation throughout the Kingdom.
Scientific Research and Development: The city of New Aberdeen, with Wallace College is the primary institution of scientific research and development, and the hub of intellectual thought and philosophy in the country. Wallace College is well-funded by the government, and continues to do research and development of new inventions. Other than Wallace College, new capital from international trade has been directed by a few newer companies into research of new machinery and newer methods of industrial development to increase profitability. Overall, the country generally supports innovation, but doesn't hold it paramount over expansion or its military.
Primary Goals: Adairstead's main goal is to obtain more land from the natives and expand their military in order to advance their economic position throughout the world.
History: When what is now Carrington was settled by the French Mississippi Company in 1718 as the city of New Orleans, many looked upon the land as a new home, a fresh start, and a land of opportunity. For wealthy mercantile trader John Carrington, it was the perfect land for investment and development. Investing much of his wealth into the city, alongside a militia and navy to defend that city, the city of New Orleans was soon renamed to the city of Carrington, and boomed as a center for both regional and international trade, and Carrington was referred too affectionately by the city's residents as "Sir Carrington". It became both a trading hub, and a small manufacturing area in the new world, as more from all over come to settle in the booming city.

However, when the French soon saw the Carrington militia as a threat to their authority, the French deployed troops to subdue the militia and replace them as the enforcer of the land. Carrington, however, saw the attack as a perfect opportunity to make that city truly his, and defend its interests from the destruction that was leveled by the French. Instead of engaging in a land battle he is bound to lose, he decides to arm the city with cannons, and fire upon any French ships, whilst preventing any French advance from nearby ports in Mississippi through the burning of bridges and using volunteers to ensure that French troops do not advance upon the city by land. Despite his efforts, a few French ships passed his artillery enfilade and entered the city. In the Battle of Carrington, citizens turned against the French troops, and whilst the French troops attempt to subdue the angry mob of civilians, Carrington's militia floods out of the buildings and used the confusion to defeat the French troops.

Carrington, humiliating the French in the battle decides to proclaim the Principality of Carrington. The French, unwilling to contribute more troops decides to agree to their demands, and recognizes the principality's independence. The principality would grow beyond Carrington, and as such, John Carrington, in his last days convinces the parliament to establish the Kingdom of Adairstead, and re-organize the government into a constitutional monarchy. The parliament agreed, and from there, the Kingdom of Adairstead was established. Carrington's sole relative, his second cousin William was crowned as the first king of Adairstead in 1751.

Since 1751, Adairstead aggressively expanded their territory, through both diplomatic and militaristic means, whilst also cultivating the nation into an economic empire, based of cotton, tobacco, chocolate and manufactured products. The country also saw a huge flow of European immigrants, viewing the land as a new hope, and a place for them to surmount their wealth. From there, Adairstead became a new hub of mercantilism in the region.

In recent years, Adairstead has decided to invade Texas, and through diplomatic manipulation and the use of cavalry at the last minute, ensured their grasp on the new territory. Still seeking to expand and advance their economic position, Adairstead still remains to be an independent kingdom, out of the halls of Carrington.

How do I deal with invalid parts of the app? I don't think aboriginals and native Americans will have a military or central government or infrastructure right away. Though I do have some ideas of having them band together to make a country later on.

I was thinking it might have been possible that some well prepared groups of Europeans might have been able to get there. Like scientists looking for cures to diseases hoping to find them in plants or Jane goodall type people, or some Lewis and Clark expedition or something.

Maybe some misionaries that managed to get there without dying and attempted to "civilize" the tribals, and for some of them, it caught on.
