Frosts first strikes were against population centers, where foot soldiers targeted civilian centers. This went on for several days, even after the planet had surrendered. After that, soldiers simply looted and pillaged as they pleased. Then in the final battle against Frost, they wiped an entire continent clean in that beam struggle. Most of the planets screwed.
