The super saiyan transformations increase the user's base power a certain amount. As the user's base power level increases, their super saiyan transformations obviously become stronger as well. You can't increase the power of an individual transformation. Super saiyan 2 will always be stronger than super saiyan 1.

Demus had suggested that they play spin the bottle, to which Haddari disagreed while Beast suggested that they try to keep his and Haddari's races from becoming extinct by creating crossbreed offspring, Demus laughed at the idea hysterically while Haddari went red and screeched at Beast.

It'll either be Botarah or Oozak who learn it because you need to be pure to use it. Chisa is currently tainted by the super saiyan ascension's after-effects and Hikari is power-hungry.
