How do you think Kais watch over their quadrant, he could look into Arctica's ship and spy on them with no trace if needed to.
If things go to hell then you can blame North Kai, he told South Kai to deal with it because it's his quadrant.

The same way Kami does. They can look at events on certain planets and such.

Northern Kai had the Kaio-Ken and Instant Transmission. South Kai is supposed to have Spirit Beam and be able to unlock people's potential. I see that fitting into the Arctica Saga well. I'll be finishing up the Deva Saga today so we can start that.

Arctica should me making allies with the Luastian government. Some environmental affliction, with Arctica promising to fix it perhaps is why they ally. Then the Luastians help Arctica hunt down the Namekians, beginning the meat of our arc.

It all depends on what me and Pant cook up. If we go along with what I'm planning and he is, this arc should be tons of fun for everyone invovled.

Based on the way I play to RP the King of the Luasteans, the government likely will not ally with Arctica. However, not all Luasteans would be sympathetic to the Namekians. In fact, there's a particular group that isn't too fond of the Namekian presence on the planet and will likely rally to Arctica's side and try to overthrow the government. A whole lot of things could happen in this saga.

Maybe everyone should weigh in on wether Luastea should side with or against Arctica. I, myself, prefer the Luastean people be angry the Namekians have come to their world. Similar in the way Europe is falling apart right now. They think the Namekians are noticing hut a nuisance, and a drain on a maybe already strained Luastian economy.

I think that would make the plot interesting. Now, the hero's are landing on a planet where even the native inhabitants are against their cause entirely.
