We need a way to evacuate the Nameks, and train on the way down." So they steal Frosts ship, and bring a fleet of smaller ships to evacuate the Nameks.

Arctica is probably the more evil of the two brothers revealed thus far. Frost is evil for sure, but I think Arctica is extremely evil. Chisa will definitely be empowered because she would probably hate Arctica with a passion.

Sorry, I forgot about the others

The plan would be to steal Frosts ship as a distraction, and as a way to train on the way there. The fleet of ships would be so we could evacuate as much of the population from Luastea as possible. Frosts ship would be a way to semi-safely enter the atmosphere and land. Then the idea would be to gather the Dragon Balls as quickly and stealthily as possible, hopefully before Arctica achieves immortality.

Kolra is in the PTO. Word of Arctica's plans would get down the grapevine at some point, and they'd be even more willing to tell if our Saiyans are hidden in Frosts ship. Hell, we could be taking them to their new planet for that matter.

Sneak peek of Tabbis when he gets to Hell!

After all of his struggles just to survive, they'd taken him exactly where he'd dread going. All of those people he'd killed had dragged him down into this nightmare, never mind the fact that if he hadn't, someone else would have. After all that, he was placed here for being the scum of the universe. But even then, it was just barren.

But worst of all, even after being banished to this... He was alone.

was impossible to hold back, to hold back all of his rage, to hold back his terror, to hold back anything. Suddenly, the spark of power which had saved him a hundred times before, ignited his power within. Orange flames emerged from his body as he cried out in a single furious voice. With rapid motion his aura swirled around him, growing ever greater as the stale ground beneath him was churned up, slowly grinding away in a circular motion as a massive, massive crater formed.

Spiked constructs for hundreds of miles began to rumble, along with the very ground itself. The blackened, almost unmoving clouds above him, at first slowly, but then rapidly, began to twist and turn, before cycling around his energy. Without even realizing it, Tabbis's energy lapped the floor and the ceiling of the Hell he was condemned.
