well then i think i would be ok with 1.4 million, but Senera's been training as well sso she's about 900,000 (careful not to break the million mark until she gets revived.) with her Mastered Kaioken (can go to stage 3) her powerlevel can go to swift bursts of 3 million, but usually stays at 2,400,000

I was thinking 1,800,000-2,000,000 because he doesn't use the Kaio-Ken anymore.

Technically it is. People going to Hell, or incredibly strong beings keep their bodies. So technically he gets something, even if its barely anything.

Parslee hasn't fought for real since he was alive. Technically he fought Nonino when she arrived, but that was more animalisticly then actual fighting.

Scargot is the Grand Elder of the Namekian race and is the one responsible for the creation of the Namekian Dragon Balls.
(The Namekian Dragon is still Porunga.)

Scargot himself is quite a wise, experienced fighter, being chosen as the Grand Elder after the previous one passed away for his incredible knowledge and then took it upon himself to protect the Namekians' new planet after Oozak left. Scargot's strength was obtained after extreme training after word spread to the Namekian people that the Planet Trade Organisation were invading Earth, Scargot worried that the PTO would come after the Namekians for their Dragon Balls and is thus the reason why he trained in the first place, Scargot previously used the Namekian Dragon Balls to create a room similar to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber in his home so he could train as long as he needed to (This room is can only be accessed by Scargot but he can grant access to other individuals).

To be fair, he betrayed us, then helped us "kill" Frost. So that's enough to make us neutral. Also is Tabbis going to die in your next post. I'm edited just thinking about it.
