Chisa is a year older than Hikari (Hikari is 12 just so you know which means that Chisa is 13, I even checked the character list to find out.)

and being in the HTC doesn't change how old you are because 1 year in the time chamber is 1 day in the real world (So Hikari will still be 12 when he exits the time chamber.)

Really? Because Trunks grew and so did Gohan?

The Time Chamber physically ages it's inhabitants but does not change their actual age (So Chisa will look 14 when she leaves the chamber but she will still be 13.)

And Death does the complete opposite, the dead character's age changes but their body doesn't age.

Both of these reasons are why (as of Dragonball Super BoG Saga) Goku is 41 but physically 34.

No, it does because according to toriyama Gohan was 10 when he entered the time chamber and 11 when he got out. And he was 18 at the start of the maijin buu saga which goes in line with the 7 year timeskip.

The death part is right, but they age inside the chamber, their actual age is a year more than it was when they get in.

Your way, Tabbis is still 17, while aged to 18, and Chisa would be aged to 14 and actually 13. My way, Tabbis is 18 and her 14. It still the same concept.

Also, TabbisxChisa isn't necessarily a thing yet, just because Tabbis thinks he might be falling for her, doesn't mean there's something there . He has hurt her several times, and is one and a half days on the outside from betraying everyone. That doesn't exactly build a relationship

Tabbis's is more emotional isolated. It'll basically be the same Saiyan that came to Earth again, cold, heartless and a coward. He also leaves the chamber early
