I'm not Christian, I just like choirs. :P

I've pretended to be Mennonite for the last 15 years just to get in on the food, so I'm not one to criticize.

According to the Church I'm still a Catholic even if I become an excommunicated devil worshipper, so no hassle for me.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lapsed_Catholic

Even the form of censure known as excommunication does not in itself make a person an ex-Catholic: excommunicated persons are "cut off from the Church", barred from receiving the Eucharist and from taking an active part in the liturgy (reading, serving at the altar, etc.), but they remain Catholics.

Hey, at least you're not the only one. Pretty much every Christian that isn't a Papist is damned to excommunication. i.e. Luther and the Lutherans

And I still see that the Douglas Adams reference remains intact. 8)

On a different note, I might try and get back to RPing here if I can ever spare the time.

Technically I never stopped being a Catholic. I did everything up to my Confirmation, even though directly after it I stopped going to Church.

I don't even pretend. They welcome me and my ambiguous faith with open arms!

I should clarify, it's not like I was infiltrating or anything :P It's a school run thing; people who like school choir a lot can volunteer to join carol choir, which then sings at a service. The principal and heads of various things are around and read, and the director of music directs it, kind of like a concert. Speaking of which, made it quite charged; it was his last year after several decades here, and so this service was the very last thing he would direct as director of music. He's well loved.

Anyway, which reminds me, merry early Christmas everyone! Anyone planning to send out NS cards?

I have to remember that mapmaking to a Historical denizen does not mean what it does to the rest of the P2TM. That said, it is nice.

I've used that; it's pretty good, although it could do with a few odd improvements here and there.
