I'm really happy people are finally posting in the Exceptional Posts thread more. Good playing should be acknowledged and rewarded, it's a way to make your friends happy and encourage others. Keep it up.

IMO I just like to write some fun stories and chat with people I like. Doesn't have to be a good story; it's more for my amusement than making some epic tale anyways.

The good story part is just an added bonus. As long as I get to play around with fun characters and shoot the shit OOC then I'm happy.

Lol idk about making friends but I agree with it being a positive collaborative process. I really enjoy having a diverse player base that dosent necessarily seek friendship but to make an epic tale play out on the forums for everyone, friend or hater, to enjoy readin.

Nothing wrong with that, my dude. Maybe not necessarily friends, but just cool people you don't happen to hate.

^This. It's hard to write something interesting if you're not, well, interested in what's going on. It takes time, you're never going to magically be inserted into a game that comes with built-in love and devotion, but you can work towards it.

You know a character is special/fun to play once you begin to get a flashy, proper character image for by commissioning or drawing them, and/or spending days writing and re-writing bios and worldbuilding info.
