Recheck the list.

And no 1 mil means you can form one and ignore the alignment requirements.

Lawful Gods
and Neutral Gods

Wellll - since I'm a chaotic neutral I'm willing to join up with any other chaotic gods .

Gods of opposite views cannot enter into a Pantheon with each other. What that means is that a Lawful God cannot be in the same Pantheon as a Chaotic God (exceptions are made if they share the same alignment in terms of good and evil).
An Evil God cannot enter into a Pantheon with a Good one, no exceptions because that is too extreme a contradiction of their natures.
A Lawful, Chaotic, or normal Neutral can enter into a Pantheon with anyone as long as it does not contradict the above. A regular Neutral can enter into a Pantheon with literally anyone by that conclusion.

2. Promotion and/or demotion roll. (Keep in mind shes a Corporal right now)

3. Price of hiring mercenaries - quality of said mercenaries.

And then the roll fails. The next rank a Brigadier General so that isn't high enough at the moment.

You're in Norway and I'm in Sweden. A few hours or even minutes of driving can get you there

Excluding the initial burst of the God's entering telepathy amongst the Gods is impossible unless you are in a Pantheon together.
