"Hang on..."
She closed her eyes, and every living thing in the room--except the people--followed her instructions.
Then she snapped the picture. It looked very professional.

"Here you go, sir..."
Mr. Marler carefully observed the picture. 'Did they actually..?' Mr. Marly gave a small smile and said "The purpose of this project was to explore your new environment, this school. Go back out and find something interesting," He gave the camera back to Ely and wished them luck.
NICO
"Great, well now what?" Nico asked Ely as they walked out of the room.

She grinned.
"Outside. My natural habitat. We could get a picture of the front... Actually..."
She grinned.
Then came an interesting period of her taking pictures of everywhere.
Well, most everywhere.

Nico watched as Ely took a picture of about anything that had a modicum of interest. "You know, we only need one picture Ely"

Nuridia wrote:"We're painting. I'll judge your style based off your art work." Aurelia told Julia as she looked up from her own painting, a study of her family to check her students' works. Her painting was everyone important in her life, her husband, her three kids, Dominique and her sisters, Aurelia'a parents, her twin brother, her little twin sisters almost twenty years younger than her, her uncles, her recently aquired aunt and cousins, and her in-laws all gathered around the garden in the back of their house.
She came to James' work first, a picture of a beautiful woman with dark red hair. She looked like her aunt Annael, her uncle Mike's wife.
"This is absolutely beautiful Mr. Patton. May I ask who the lovely young woman is, I can tell you care for her a great deal by the emotions in this piece." Aurelia said as she came up to Natalie's work next.
"Miss Kleinschmidt, this is...wow. I've never really seen a piece as, thought provoking as this one." Aurelia said, having really no other words. It was a powerful piece, powerfully sad but also had a message.

Faal Lot Himdah wrote:Merlin
Once the class had entered and got seated, he saw the confused look. A look he'd seen many times, the look of students looking for the teacher. He smirked and staying in the back of the room, he casted a perception altering spell, not making him invisible, just preventing people from looking directly at him.
He then casted an illusionary mist that spread to the front of the room before forming into an old man.
I love this.... Always fun to play tricks on the students... he thought as the figure completely formed.
Merlin spoke, but not through his mouth, but through the mouth of the old man.
"Welcome class to Magic 101." He said, his voice older than normal, "Let us start off with a simple task.... Can you find the illusion in this class room?"

Holy Empire of Avalon wrote:"Well, she's this girl I see in my dreams every night, my guardian angel ironically enough." James sat his dry painting behind his undry one. "Your painting is pretty." He leaned over to her shoulder, his head was a bit close to her shoulder, though he did not really notice at all. As he expressed his love of the painting his breath would smell of cherries and apples, sweet and yet not overpowering.
