History
After the European Destruction, the cities on the rhine were largerly protected. Travel into the Rhine region was limited, and the people of the Rhine managed to remain independent. What happened was the break down of society, which killed 75% of the Rhenish population. Finally the merchants and administrators drafted the state and created the Rhineland

History The Grand Duchy of Prussia was established after the collapse of the Teutonic Order. After being ravaged by the great collapse in Europe, the state of Prussia entered a personal union with the Duchy of Livonia, eventually ending in Livonia being integrated into Prussia. The union of the two crowns allowed Prussia's millitary capabillities to sky rocket. The extensive Prussian discipline was combined with the navy to create one of Europes finest Navies. The Armed forces hadn't been hurt either, the Prussian discipline is known for being some of the best in Europe
