20,000 prussian troops is unreasonable due to the fact your population is 300,000. Mine is 450,000 at the moment, take your population x it by .05 is your max military out of a major war at the moment. .10 is the max at war with major problems, and I have about 450,000 and growing to 500,000 after the unification of german state. So yeah,

So the province I'm currently invading has 8,000 people which is a nice boost, how many live in my soon to be province of Chelmno?

XD, i was joking. Also the fact my military would be more trained then the prussians at this time. The prussian military was not very strong till 1600's/1700's the teutons at the time were strong but Brandenburg (who i am based off of) was as strong as teutons when it came to military. So yeah.

Well chelmno i'd say about 10,000-20,000 people within the province.

It's really up to you as long as its a reasonable number. I'd put 15,000 in the province, which would give you 875 more troops and a major fortification in the north. It would also allow us to border, and you quick access to German ports once we establish the treaty.

Also, I own pomeranian coast, the only coast left near me where i'm going to invade is the Teutonic coast, which he was saying to divide. But if he tried to invade it, my attention would switch to him, and immediately push to kill him. It would also be a threat to the Bohemians due to the fact its a foreign power that they have no ties to pushing along to their border.

(And the conquering of southern Germany) then declare a new Holy roman empire, and invite Bohemia, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Savoy into the fold.

I'd quickly do a cossack push (horsemen) to the south, to acquire quick land. Or take mazovia which borders you and him (or do you already own that?)

Well if you can ally with Germany, Bohemia, and Muscovy that would be a solid alliance for poland, cause then you don't risk an invasion from North-east-west. You only risk from the south, thus giving you an easy area to defend.

After I secure this province, which is the biggest for a bit in the southerly direction, I'll be thinking about that. I was hoping to take one province to the east first, to secure Warsaw's safety. Yep I do.

Well if you can ally with Germany, Bohemia, and Muscovy that would be a solid alliance for poland, cause then you don't risk an invasion from North-east-west. You only risk from the south, thus giving you an easy area to defend.

One single front to defend would be great, and with all the Poles and the very fertile lands of east Europe, I could probably manage a defence.

Hmm, farming's a nice idea. IRL Poland has massive yields of a ton of crops, and I hope to gain some part of Belarus which is another big producer, so revolutionizing farming seems like a great idea.
