Iberia, the entire land would have about 600,000 people. I would see why he was declined. If i cut my territory, my population will hit rock bottom (25,000 at most)

No he said he had about 300,000. It has to be with land claim more then population. As long as european population hits a roof of 4 million, its fine really. Majority of the population would be more towards north and south.

They will still be a threat, not matter how many troops. They are backed by muscovy, I'm also backed by Bohemia, and Ukrainistan. (Muslim horde nation in modern day Ukraine.)
