I do have the same problem coupled with my nocturnal habits. Pretty much I play calming classical music and produce something sweet smelling like scented candles. But please keep them away from anything flammable. Also taking a warm bath would relax your muscles and help you sleep. And always, ALWAYS avoid the color blue.
