And, since Loki failed, I wanna tell you guys what would have happened.
After the Oort Cloud, Kura would malfunction, sending the ship into an almost powerless state, since most stuff was done by the AI. And occasionally, tapes would play of her past memories, including Human!Kura's final goodbyes, and 2001: A Space Odyssey.
And then, everything changed when they neared the first planet on their path. The last thing the crew would have seen was a landscape with water, and mountains, and more importantly, a zoo.
