If someone has 2 thought per epoch and 1 bonus from being decent can they research a tech from a previous era in one turn?

What do you mean one bonus? As in, the cap raised to three? Three times two is six, more than five, so theoretically yes.

Refer to my earlier note on your ability to reach Decent status though.

Hey G-Tech, I wanna ask you 2 things.

1: What sort of culture should the Kocha be based on? I was thinking a middle eastern feel.

2: Do you think we should start trying to have a quality system to our RPs? I found a really bad Alt History RP and the OP's a total noob x.x It's really bad and I think you should intervene.

I edited my post so I have 6 population, 6 houses, 2 ports, 1 shrine. Those equal 6 development.

I'm running out of ideas for what to do with my populace. I have a 2 food surplus and only 2 people working on food. Any ideas?

Anyone need food?

Honestly, as long as you're just trying to advance without growing, there isn't much you can do.

Hmm, my only points would be that population can't work in the turn it is "birthed", and Raw Materials can't be stored from turn to turn, so you making them and not using them doesn't gain you anything.

Question, I finished thinking about metalworking, which required 1.5 more thought. Could I think about another tech on the same epoch?

The development bonus for the Port is one time. So it's a stable 1 development not 1 development one turn and the next 2. It doesn't stack, if that makes any sense.
