I don't think that Arctico would just be the God of Power, I don't know why, but I just can't seem to imagine Arctico being the God of Power, I can't go with Psionics, because The Phoenix is the ultimate embodiment of Psionics in the Marvel Universe, Like I said, I can't find a power that agrees with me on Arctico's God Affinity, so the Idea may have to be scrapped for that reason.

I intentionally made a character with horrible personality traits, obnoxious power, and was an all-around fuckhead. Results were great - no one liked him and he managed to hit on a girl right after watching her husband die. In front of her son. And everyone on the Infinite Justice team. Dapp was....something.

EDIT: He also destroyed the Golden Gate bridge, killing fifty innocents in order to defeat like, five criminals or so that the real Infinite Justice team were already taking care of. When confronted about this grave collateral damage, Dapp started fighting the Infinite Justice team. He was mostly retarded as well, hilariously, but it turns out he was just an asshole regardless of being "special" or not.
