Close, but that's not it.

She'd probably sense his brain pattern somewhere in the universe. She did go in there before.

I'll have her drop by next time he appears or something.
Right now she has other things to do.

He'll be entering our universe soonish.

I'll have her be there with comic book time or something then. I dunno...

Then what? He has to rely on the energy of the Universe, but if he absorbed enough to take many of the most powerful people on It would essentially destroy our Universe?

Well, depending on what you have planned Charm, she could go to Alex first. Maybe attack him a bit before deciding he wasn't what she she should be focusing on and telling him to stay away from Cora? Not sure if that's what you were planning to happen though.

Wait, If Anti-Matter and Regular Matter comes together, isn't that a catastrophic mix just waiting to happen?

Hmmm.... I remember this from Neros' Darkstar Saga... Wouldn't the event of Matter and Anti-Matter coming together cause destruction on an untold level as well as generate a massive amount of energy?

Here's what you have.

Alex needs energy to fight.
Luthor makes armor to convert anti-matter into energy for him to use so he doesn't kill their entire project.

Keyword being convert.

So wouldn't Alex be considered a Ticking Time Bomb then?

Do we have someone with a character that is an expert on cybernetic enhancements?

Yup.

Think I can have CeeCee contacting him? She feels her red ring does everything better than her suit could, which is true, and instead of trying to build a better suit she's been thinking about the possebilities of upgrading herself with cybernetics that are built specifically to work in unison with her ring. Plus she'd also like a back-up system that would keep her alive in case someone manages to remove her ring.

He might be wary of doing it to someone with no injuries, but he might just do just to make sure she doesn't go to someone else who might do it a lot less safely.

CeeCee is smart enough to figure it out by herself, but she realises the risks behind it so she rather has someone else to do it who doesn't have to start from scratch to learn it. And even if she knew exactly how to do it on her own it would be beneficial to have someone else operate on you, operating on yourself probably isn't the best of ideas.

Oh, and CeeCee wouldn't accept a no, she wouldn't hurt Craig but she would be extremely persistant.
