To be completely fair the RP itself isn't particularly creative or out there. It's the content. So the ones high would be us. Atria too, obviously, because he's made a lot of stuff too, but you get the point

Considering the amount of noxious fumes I'm forced to inhale on a regular basis, it wouldn't surprise me if I was slightly off my rocker when I got the idea.

Might not be the most creative thing in the universe, but sometimes simplicity has it's advantages.

Some object applications I worked on today. More will come in the following days, since I've got a lot of ground to cover.

Item Name: Kusanagi, the Heavensplitter

Item Appearance: Looks like this in its normal state. Changes in appearance as it progresses through its different power stages.

Powers and Abilities: Kusanagi's power is divided in seven stages, each one being stronger than the last; some of these stages are described in Akihiko's application in the Archive (first spoiler), and others are to be revealed through the IC. In general terms, the first three stages are rather weak and better suited to deal with low-level threats than to fulfill the blade's purpose as the Heavensplitter. The fourth stage presents a huge leap in power, and also begins employing conceptual-altering forces, which will prevail throughout the three remaining stages, the last of which revolves completely around the manipulation of concepts and the willpower of the user, leaving the physical dimension of the sword aside nearly entirely.

It is worth noting that the blade is also sentient, and it will have the final say in determining whether a wielder is worthy or not of unlocking even a single one of its power stages. How or why it acquired sentience is not known, not even by the scientist most closely involved with its creation, Alice.

Drawbacks: None that are inherent to the sword. If someone is deemed unworthy he or she will simply have nothing more than an incredibly resilient sharp metal stick.

History: Kusanagi's creation began at the secret laboratories of Project Tsurugi, in Japan. Project Tsurugi was a secret government project meant to create weapons powerful enough to allow humans to protect themselves from greater cosmic threats such as Gods and other creatures from beyond Earth. For this purpose, scientists were brought in from all across the world with the offer of juicy grants and other privileges. Many attempts were made at developing such weapons, but not much was achieved: most prototypes either malfunctioned or were deemed not strong enough to attain the desired effects. Eventually, the scientists of the project grew bolder and began meddling with forces far beyond those present on Earth. In time, four forces converged: powerful Shamran magics, obtained from a wandering magician who was brought to Earth after a dimensional accident with one of the other experiments; advanced Artisan technology, fallen onto Earth through sheer chance; remnants of a dead World-Dragon, landed on an asteroid millions of years ago, and finally, the miracles of human engineering itself. The result was Kusanagi, the Heavensplitter.

Since its power was meant to be great enough to slay foes on par with Gods, several limiters were placed on the sword, in order to ensure that it would not be abused if it fell into the wrong hands. However, during the tests, the sword malfunctioned, and didn't seem to be able to display a significant portion of the power it held within. The scientists were unable to determine the nature of the error, and in the end discarded the weapon. It was to be destroyed, but instead it was stolen by one of the lead scientists, an American by the name of Alice, who took it away and fixed the issue, realizing that nobody could access the blade's weapon because there was no filter. She created a rudimentary AI, but for unknown reasons, it developed into a fully sentient consciousness within the sword, which served as the judge, determining whether or not individuals were worthy of wielding its might.

It is currently in the hands of Akihiko, Alice's son.

Item Name: Neiaiksr, the Spear of Reckoning

Item Appearance: Here

Powers and Abilities: The Spear of Reckoning is imbued with the strongest enchantments in existence achieved by the Second Magic of Shamra, and as such, it is an incredibly powerful weapon. Neiaiksr may never miss its intended target once thrown, and it will strike true, delivering exponentially greater damage depending on the resilience of the target. Once the spear has struck, it will return to the wielder's hand without fail. Nothing can prevent the strike from happening, as the success of the attack is determined the moment the spear is thrown; the sight of the spear flying through the air to hit the target is at this point a mere formality. The Spear of Reckoning will become the property of whomever picks it up, and from that point onward, nothing can forcibly separate it from its owner. Only when it is purposefully abandoned will Neiaiksr accept a new owner. The enchantments may not be removed, and the spear may not be destroyed. It is remarkably light, as well, and in fact the strength with which it is thrown is irrelevant.

Drawbacks: Should the wielder decide after throwing the spear that he or she did not truly intend to slay the target, it will be too late to do anything, as the events will be scripted already. Neiaiksr is also not picky with the intention of the owner when it is dropped: no matter if the wielder decides that he or she wants nothing to do with it anymore or if they dropped it to catch a frisbee or go to the potty, as soon as it is dropped it will accept a new owner, if one comes along.

History: Neiaiksr, the Spear of Reckoning, was created by the first great magician of Shamra, a long time ago, before the Nine Elemental Monarchs had even been born. It was the legendary spear of Arkmaldrigaar, known more widely in the Shamran records as the First Mage and the Sun Knight of Mireshar, who founded the two great schools of Shamran magic and stood as the vigilant guardian of Mireshar when the White City was but a fledgling settlement struggling to protect itself from invading forces belonging to other factions, back when Shamra was still divided in several nations. His power was undeniable, and many respected him for what he did, but one day, during an encounter with a partially metallic creature which almost claimed his life, he realized that even his power was not enough to always protect Mireshar, and so, he decided to create something that would be able to protect the city even when he was no longer there to do so.

It was thus that the Sun Knight went on a long pilgrimage, to meditate and to weave the powerful spells required to create the weapon that Mireshar needed. Ten years passed until Arkmaldrigaar returned to his homeland, but once he did, paying no heed to the celebration around him, he locked himself in a forge, emerging months later with a powerful spear. All of the spells had been transferred to it, so now the weapon glowed with power, and the First Mage proclaimed that the spear would forever protect Mireshar. The following years were prosperous for the city, and Arkmaldrigaar lived to see Shamra unified under the White City's banner, but eventually, it was time for him to die, and so, he sealed his spear deep underground, to be found by another guardian when Shamra needed one the most.

Extra: It may or may not come into play later in the IC, but I had it planned so I figured I'd get it out here already.

Item Name: Cyclone

Item Appearance: Here.

Powers and Abilities: As it is made of Holy Rain, the primordial substance from which all things in the Skyworld are made, Cyclone is immune to molecular manipulation and other such powers which affect the blade structurally. In addition, it is also connected to Etla's Power Core, so it receives benefits from any Cores that are inserted on it, much like Etla herself does.

Drawbacks: None, inherently, though it may gain drawbacks as a result of using a shitty Core or something like that.

History: Cyclone doesn't really have much of a history. Every Rainborn is given a weapon and an armor by Father Sky, mostly to play with them as they are not expected to leave the Skyworld like Etla, Asra or Ihra did. Cyclone is Etla's sword and that's pretty much it. It obviously traveled to Earth alongside her, and she has been relying on it ever since she landed there, finding far more uses for it than simply playing or sparring.

Extra: This application was made only to offer a template of how Skyworld-native equipment behaves. In general, all of the (default) armors and weapons of the Rainborn (along with the mineral-like inner structure of the Rainborn themselves) will act like this.

This Version of The Knight's Suit was made after the events of Knighthunt, when Thomas branston saw the armored suit needed an upgrade. after a week of crafting a new suit, and modeling it to look more like a Knight, it was complete. The Knight now reguarly uses the suit when he Goes on Patrol.

- Heavily armored Plating allows for Increased protection of arms, aswell as bullet fire
- Kinetic plating protects arms from 1/3rd of impact against Arms
- Grapple hook placed in right Gauntlet
- Knight Dart Launcher in Left Gauntlet
Back:
- Nanotech Metal Cape, allows for Gliding function when the wings are locked together. when the Wings are unlocked, the Cape becomes a protective metal caape as losse and freeform as fabric.
- small jet boosters placed within back allow for hovering function, aswell as short term jet boosting
Exoskeleton framework:
- Exosleketon boosts strength and mobility capabilities for Back, mainbody, neck, arms, and legs
- exoskeleton is built inside of the suit
- Exoskeleton framework provides resistance and protection to limbs, mainbody, and back

Drawbacks:
- The Suit has weakpoints, the jet boosters can be struck to damage The Knight's mobility, and the metal cape can used against it as leverage
- The Suit is durable, but can only take so much abuse before it gives way
History:
- The Power suit is an old, but not at all wavering Suit for The Knight. he reguarly uses it against much stronger oppontents, Thunder being the first one, and a Kryptonian named "Len - el" he encountered in Gotham being the second.
