doing what? I have just been buggering about in Kylaris

If it wasn't for Elepis' RP and the Krugmar RP where I had Medieval Donald Trump trying to purge the Orcen (oddly these ran at the same time which is odd) I wouldn't have done any portal relating RPing this summer. Tho I mean I didn't post in Elepis's RP and dropped out like instantly so uh it doesn't really count lmfao

But compared to previous seasons/summers/whatevers yeah this one was fairly dull. There was a lack of a widely popular or memorable AH/Historical RP this summer, or so I feel.

Actually, what about an rp set during the crusades? Could make it more nation based or more character based; there could be the kingdom of Jerusalem, county of Edessa, the knights Templar and Hospitaller, the various Muslim factions including Egypt under Saladin, and even the Byzantines. What do you guys think? I've no experience being OP so I couldn't start it, but the idea's there, and I don't think I remember ever seeing an rp set during this time so it'd be something new

Hah, I do mechanicy things. I've been balls-deep in the last two incarnations of the Mass Effect Factions RP, building a synthetic empire to stand the test of time.

Via the Expeditions system, which is the sole reason I'm not joining any more ME:F incarnations.

Ah, we basically removed that. You can still do it, but only if you're willing to let half a fleet get wiped every few months, or even more frequently. Chances of finding useful systems are lowered, and the time between explorations has been doubled. You should come back; Illum is much unloved.

Hmm, I think about a dozen total? And I am actively allowing new non-canon factions to have systems generated, so they can write their own backstories and whatnot based on the results.
