Hmm, what if we did RPs that cover a smaller area? The biggest inhibitor to interaction tends to be geographic separation, and lack of a real need to interact.
I have had an idea for awhile to do a "nation" RP in something like post-apocalyptic Britain, where you have little "nations" on a very small scale interacting.
I once contemplated a future Britain split up like that (incidentally when George Galloway announced he was running for Mayor of London), with the nationalists arming themselves and Corbyn with a Red Army.
Another possibility is a country at mad civil war, with countless number of factions, all of them splitting, uniting, allying, etc. Sort of like Spanish/Syrian Civil Wars, just without international interference.
Still, I think those won't be able to replace AH RP's of a global scale. They would be a nice side dish.

I'm only interested in certain historical character RPs. I think the majority of the populace is the same way.Plessur wrote:

A civil war RP would be awesome, actually. It depends on the country though for me. Middle East would be epic.

I agree, a civil war RP would be epic. Maybe a second American civil war?

Russia is too cliche, I actually think the Second American Civil War would be fun. We could make it really fragmented so that no group owns more than like 2 states but it doesn't have to be clean cut. (E.g. A rebel group controlling part of WV and KY)

Well, it looks like I have once again inadvertently created an RP, I kind of forgot about the war cry of Uncle Sam, I didn't partake in it, is it too soon to start another similar RP?
