No, I was referring to him. He has around 5 million soldiers, apparently 90% of them being professional soldiers.

Oh, yeah. That. A five million man army is really actually ridiculous. Who even needs that many men unless they are taking on the whole world? The German army had barely more than twice that when they occupied Europe during WW2, and they had shortages. That was under a fully modern nation. Also, another example for scale, the British Expeditionary Force of WW1 had at most, just over two million men. And the Ottoman's of WW1 had just over two million men at their max strength.

I never said that wasn't an option. I'm in favor of an Oceanian-Japanese-Chinese Union. Maybe not full integration, but a European Union style union. I'm merely going over a highly hypothetical situation with Pimps here.

The there's the lack of modern medicine, hospitals, infrastructure to make those services and water and food available on a large scale. High infant mortality rates(this is global except for maybe Europe). And enemas....
