Bio: (at least a paragraph, but doesn't need to be super in depth) Virturio was born in Osaka, Japan in the year 2276. He was simply a sperm and a egg, a experiment. Doctors genetically engineered him so he would have ''super human powers'' The experiment failed. The only thing he actually got was a miraculous increase in healing speed. The engineering project eventually shut down, and Virturio made his way to Panama, then to Cuba. He was quickly radaclized and became a Socialist. He formed a small group called the Syndicalist Brotherhood, who was hired by many larger organizations to do their dirty work. However, the end of the Syndicalist Brotherhood came about when a business man hired him to rob Chicago Bay, where rumor had it they was developing rail pistols. Virturio was worried, but the business man said he would pay to the tune of 500 million dollars. The heist was on. Using the small funds he had left, Virturio led a group of 5 people across the Straits of Cuba to Florida, and then hitchhiked towards Chicago. A month later, they had prepared the heist. On the 1st of April 2796, A small missile blow up the entrance to the lab. Virturio was the first to enter, taking out his pistol and emptying it, killing 5 men. His crew entered shortly after him, and took out managed to reach the Rail Pistol. Virturio grabbed it, but he was faced with about 10 guys. He felt, in control. He felt like he knew this gun all his life. Virturio let his instincts go and fired. 10 shots was fired. 10 men lay dead. But his team had suffered a loss. 4 out of the 5 was dead. Virturio and Felipe, the two only survivors ran towards the exit. Felipe, however was shot dead by a straggling police officer. The Syndicalist Brotherhood was over. In a rage, Virturio shot the police officer. He left at the twlight, leaving blood. He left for Havana, Cuba, where he joined the New Proletariat. And that brings us to modern.

Donovan

Rain soaked the windowsill outside Donovan's hideaway. Flickering lights, long since outdated, illuminated the area outside the window, showcasing a decrepit neighborhood that no one wanted to see anyway. The homeless and poor filled the streets, begging for money so they could buy their drugs, or for the more honest, food. Most of them would die forgotten and alone. Some may mercifully die while under the influence of their stims, living one last happy moment.

All these thoughts struck Donovan's head, until he shook himself and withdrew from the window. Nobody should catch a glimpse of "Wes", the famed criminal gunman and operative, hanging out here. For while the neighborhood was poor and neglected, his hideout was advanced and well-equipped for his needs. The exterior made it appear like an abandoned factory, with paint chipping off the sides while the outside lights fell into disrepair. The doors looked industrial and rusty, although this was intentional, and they were extremely unbreakable.

Crooks had no reason to break in - only the homeless. They found themselves unable, quickly warded away by the impenetrable doors and walls. Most wrote it off to rust sealing the doors shut.

Inside, however, was an entirely different building.

Bright lights illuminated an entire armory and barracks. Weapons, explosives, chemicals, and hacking tools filed the eastern portion of the building. Hanging upon racks, these weapons and tools hanged over workshops and tool-tables so Donovan's team could modify or repair any one of them.

In the west, there laid the barracks. Home to the bedrooms, the recreational room, gymnasium, and the bathrooms, this is where his crew lived their off-hours. Leaving the base was a risky affair, and any recreation sought after should be satisfied in the rec room. Still, some found the television, internet, and pool tables insufficient to the bars, strip clubs, brothels, and other seedy areas.

In the north was the garage. Here, the team had multiple vehicles, chief of which was a modified industrial van. Changed to look like a common commercial moving truck, it's interior was a miniature base that the team could prepare for and operate missions from. It was equipped with surveillance technology, a small armory, a small first-aid station, and a holding cell.

The other vehicles included personal transportation, to be used for singular missions or rapid escape in case the base was compromised. These ranged from motorcycles to small, fast cars, to allow each member to escape through one of three exits.

In the south was the multi-purpose room. In it were the hacking terminals, used to broadcast messages in sabotaged media agencies, or discreetly blackmail and communicate with politicians or businessmen. Along with these on the other side of the room were the prison holds. Here, kidnapped targets could be interrogated, tortured, and disposed of. The hold was soundproof so as to prevent screams from escaping the hold, both alerting those outside and annoying the rest of the team.

In the basement was a small, nuclear power generator. Tiny and easily maintained by someone with the proper knowledge, it powered the base and ensured that power could not be cut off, nor could the base be tracked by its power usage. Along with the generator, the security HQ was set up alongside it. Cameras, motion sensors, and the automated defenses were controlled or shut off from here once the proper authorization was put in.

The internet was provided by discreet satellite for most communications, meaning it was slow but completely safe. However, the hacking terminals could access the regular internet as well as the Deep Net should the base require it. All of the base's power and security was managed from the basement, so the hacking terminals couldn't be used by an outside party to shut off any of the systems in case of critical failure.

All of this served to help Donovan and his team with his mission. The DNG council, convinced the MC's wanted to sell America into barbarism and perversity, would find itself ordering several, top-secret Black Ops teams across the country and the world to engage in high-profile public perception campaigns. The organization of the city has to be put into complete disarray so as to reduce cooperation between the various MC's and the government. Bribery of journalists and media organizations to paint specific MC's in a negative light, regardless of accuracy, would help turn the public against the MC's as well. Meanwhile, any corporate leader trying to fight against the DNG or sympathetic organization would be assassinated or kidnapped.

Apart from this, Donovan would masquerade as a criminal mercenary, in order to secure the funds needed to upkeep the base and allow the continuation of future missions. The DNG keeps next to no contact with his team, so that mean financial contributions are off the table. Since working for the MC's would be against his mission, criminal organizations provide the best work, as well as small-time business or radical organizations. As a result, "Wes" is wanted for a plethora of crimes and atrocities.

With his thoughts concluding, he shut the window's security bars so no one outside could see within the base.

Alright, I'm back from work. Got three hours of sleep last night (insomnia sucks balls), and I am currently running on Five-Hour Energy Drinks.
