Thirdly, accelerating from 0-25 mph is pretty doggone slow. My own old-geezer car accelerates faster. I think you meant, "0-60 mph in 5 seconds", which I will allow. Also, you can have hovercars if you wish.

Other than that, once I do allow this, just know that I'll be putting a bit of trust in you not to have him be OP in the IC. I think you can pull it off, but I'll still be watching just in case. ;P

Kaine grew up in Cardiff and had a quite ordinary life. He was often forced to steal for his family as he was a expert thief. It was not discovered that he had been intended for use by another man until Helvetica tracked him down and explained the plight to him. They tried to get Kaine to go quietly but he would have none of it. using his genetic modifications he killed the first two guards with their own weapons and stabbed another to death. He was then restrained, but rather then being forced to accept the memories of another man, Helvetica offered him a job. Being a high functioning sociopath, and genetically modified, he rose through the ranks quickly, and became imperative to corporate success in London. After gaining enough funds, he began to give himself Bionic Modification.
