His head snapped up.

Xavier and Hamiri came inside, still confused by what they had seen. They were trying to think of things it could be, but then Hamiri saw Patriah trying to talk to Amaterasu. She sighed. "Let me go see what on earth he's doing now..." She walked away to go check on him.

In the meantime, Xavier decided he would go to his room and grab his backpack, so he wouldn't forget it when he went to class. As he passed through the hallway, he heard Charlotte crying in her room. The Throne walked over to her door and knocked. "Charlotte?" he called to her. "Is everything alright?"

She shook her head, although of course he couldn't see it.

"No... I'm... afraid."

I don't want to be like him.

But I can't stop this!

"...Do you want to talk about it?" he asked.

What is this?!

"I don't see how I can ever be what I was. I look around me, and all I see is darkness and hatred."

"That's because all you have is 'darkness and hatred'. You hate the world, for the things that you think it did to you." she says. "Because you didn't have the courage to fight back."

His eyes narrowed.

"That's a lie, and we both know it! I fought back! I fought as hard as I could!"

So she explained to him what had happened, and then let out a sigh.

"And I'm frightened, because I... I've been acting like... I found myself yelling at Mair, and the things I was saying sounded so much like him... and the things he would say to me... and I'm scared. I don't want to be like him."

Xavier opened the door and walked in. He then sat down on the bed next to her. "So tell me what's wrong..." he said to her.

So she explained to him what had happened, and then let out a sigh.

Horrified didn't even begin to describe Xavier's feelings surrounding this. He hadn't heard anything concerning this happening, when he had gotten to the school. Even the idea sounded foreign to him...

But that could have just been the wight...Couldn't it?...This...But...How?

When he finally found the strength to speak again, he replied softly, "...Charlotte...I didn't know...I didn't realize this had happened...and I don't know why...but if there's any way I can help you..." He held her hand tightly.

"And... your welcome Min, Mair places her hand on him to uses her healing magic to help with the pain. She thought she saw something out of the comer of her eye and turns to see what it was. She sees Mason and someone behind him but, can feel Mason's aura fluctuating. "Min, I'll be back" and Mair gets up and walks to Mason with a sword in hand.



Voi felt a dark presence in the woods and walked to it. He found the portal and sensed Nyx and Lance on the other side. "Lance gave her a note, perhaps he wants to talk to her alone to help her through this". Voi looks down at the ground, "that sounds familiar, like something I would have done". Voi tenses up a bit, "but if Lance handles it like he did with Mason, then he will pay for it". Voi leaves a rune on the ground next to the portal to watch the portal and walks back to the others. And he spots Mason and someone behind him on the way back, Voi feels Mason's aura feeling odd and walks behind the two with a trapping rune forming in his left hand. "Hey what are you doing with my friend" He asked with a his left hand on the being.

Bastet decides to get a peaceful brake from everything, so she decides to take a walk in the woods. She walks though the trees and takes a deep breath and sighs and thinks, "why cant every day be this peaceful?" As she walks she soon finds a portal, and her curiosity gets the better of her, and she enters the portal, she finds herself in hell, but all she sees is a boy about her age and a grave. "Um, were am I? and how are you?"

Now then, I'm going to take this pathetic excuse for a Nephal back to my realm." it said. The figure suddenly changed to a rather attractive male who appeared to be 18. His wings were pitch black and he wore black gloves on both hands. He didn't appear threatening, but the tone of his voice showed that he wasn't playing.

Mason was still paralyzed from the dagger that was shoved into his back. He did nothing other than make a few small movements and painful grunts.

Xavier had to find a way to solve this. He had to find Principal God and to seek His help. But in the meantime, he had to help Charlotte somehow. But how? He had no idea where Michael was, and he didn't even know if this one they knew was even the actual thing. He didn't know where Thanatos was, either, or else he would go and find him. He tried to think of something, but his ideas would require time.

In the meantime, he told her the only thing he knew to. "Then continue to be yourself. For the longest time, I almost let my fears control me. Thanks to that, I nearly lost my family and my friends. And myself. I don't want that to happen to you...to lose yourself...because...You're beautiful...and strong. And don't allow anyone to take that from you..." he answered, carefully, trying not to trigger an adverse reaction. After all, Charlotte was fragile.
