He shrugged, "It depends on how you view the situation."

There wasn't a worse feeling than gaining all of that power, all that evil that wound attach itself to your soul, and then have it ripped out of you. It wasn't great, but it was a relief to have control over her morals again, to not have them be overruled by evil.

Mason held out a hand, "I know it hurts. You're not created to deal with a power like that." He sighed, "I go through the pain your feeling 24/7. Now go to the one you love."

She sets up a somewhat open area for Regalion to lay down. In her mind, a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions swirled.
I wouldn't be in this mess if it wasn't for Loki.
But he had a reason to leave. It's not like anyone here was helping him.
It must be something wrong with me.
I should have been kinder and more careful.
I should have...
She turned away, and a tear slid down her cheek. She wiped it, and continued helping.
"If you need anything, just say so."
Thor landed on the ground, cracking the concrete.
He had a serious expression on his face, "What happened? Tell me now."

She left Regalion for a moment, and told Thor everything about the past events: the snake attack, Tharizdun, and Loki going with the Juvenile students. It wasn't told in anger, fear, confusion, or anything like that, but in bitter sadness. "I should have done more, he had no reason to feel the way he did. If only I..."
More tears fell.

He dropped the hammer and hugged her, "Don't cry. The darkness is manipulating him."

Thanatos nodded, scowling beneath his mask of bone.
Then what shall I do, childing? I cannot die. My day has not come. I cannot live, for she will be in pain. What shall I do.
"Come with me, Death."
She smiled, leading him back to Tharizdun.
"I have brought you more than his head, master. I have brought Death himself. His misguided love for my mother made him easy to subdue... Think of the power. With Death himself at your command..."
She smiled again.
"Of course, you'll have to keep me alive, otherwise he'll have nothing keeping him under control."
And with a single stroke, she both brought down Thanatos and ensured her usefulness.
Yeah, I'm definitely the best of our family. The perfect blend.

Thanatos grinned.
He held up his hands in a defensive manner, and flicked his wrists, as his twin hands scythes, made from bone, whirled into his hands.
Now, We play.

She giggled.
"I've got another job to do. I'm going to kill the other half-breed... Heh."
Thanatos shrugged.
I could care less about Mason.
He dropped his scythes, teleporting them away.
Just as a 50 foot tall Tharizdun picked him up.
Than? What the hell? I half expected you on our side, buddy! Well, whatever. But, oh my does this give me an idea.
He knelt down, and holding the struggling avatar of Death, summoned the chains of Tartarus, and bound Death, binding Thanatos in chains to the pillars of New Olympus.
I don't know why I didn't think of this before! without Death, my fellow deities cannot die! We are invincible! Thank you Death, for so willing surrendering yourself to me. Fool.

Artemis was comforted, and surprised by the action. "Thanks, Thor. I just wish Loki could see this is where he belongs. Sometimes, I think this is all my fault. All I want right now is to see him, just for a moment. I doubt I will again."

Charlie laughed, clapping her hands in a childish manner--after all, when you stripped away the sadism and the stolen body, she was only a child.
But a very, very evil child.
"He was so easy to persuade... because he loves my mother, silly as that may be. This next one's going to be harder, though. Now's the real challenge."Pot4toes wrote:Artemis was comforted, and surprised by the action. "Thanks, Thor. I just wish Loki could see this is where he belongs. The fly morphed into Loki's human form, still in the shadows.
He took a single step towards the light, making his form halfway visible.

Thanatos
Thanatos struggled against the chains, his form growing fainter.
Soon, child.
Pure black hate burned in his eyes.
Soon, I will be free. And then, you will die. All. Will. Die.
Syrixces wrote:Tyr
Tyr slid from the left, a dagger against Loki's throat.
"Not a steep closer, lad. "
