Moldova Isn't on the Black Sea. As far as I know, they can't move that many men so fast via the river.

How exactly are you going to forcibly recruit these people? You probably only have 1,000 - 4,000 guys in the city. To be honest, it's a bit difficult to force 30,000 people into your army with only a few thousand soldiers, most of which are already busy defending the town.

right, right, not to mention the lack of supplies and the logistical nightmare of feeding 30,000 people daily, i'll edit that, so I have roughly 2,100 fighters in the town and I'll just do the typical ISIS things....
