Putin was about to make an announcement that would shock the entire world, and put his plans of recreating the Soviet Union back into action. He would announce that the Russia will be incorporating Transinitria as one of its federal territories, under the guise of Moldovan aggression, and sectarian violence condoned by the Moldovan government against the oppressed Russian minority in the region. That would give Russia its second enclave, besides Kalingrad. Putin also instructed the GRU to start smuggling old weapons captured from the Ukrainian military to the Assyrian League. Most of the tanks are too old to be much use to Russia, or they were not in line with Russian military, and would have been destroyed regardless, better to give them to a potential ally in the region, which would give them a lot of influence. The GRU would slowly start smuggling weapon parts into the area, through Syria. Of course, they cannot smuggle entire tanks, they would be forced to disassemble the tanks, and ship the weapons to the Assyrians that way. The Assyrians would then be granted some weapons officers, where they were to reassemble the tank.

Fortunately, for Russia the tanks that Russia was about to give to the group would be rather rugged vehicles, mostly the old T-62's, and T-55's and ammunition for the tanks, and vehicles. A few Katyusha rockets, being loaded on to trucks, and transported to the area. This is due to the fact that it was feared that artillery more complicated than the Katuyusha would garner Western attention, and disapproval, with an added possibility of being found out, due to the fact that once the rockets are dismounted from the truck, the vehicle looked similar to a civilian truck.

However, supplying the rebels fighting for independence would have to wait for now, because Putin had to deliver a speech in regards to the absorption of Transinitria into the Union State.

1. What model of Katyusha are you sending? Are you sending the WW2 era BM-13s or the more recent BM-21?
2. Exactly how many tanks and Katyushas are you sending? I am trying to keep record of my equipment.
3. When can I expect them to arrive?

I will be sending 70 BM-13's, and 15 of the newer BM-21's to support you. These can be expected in one or two months.
In addition there will be 20 T-54's, 5 T-72's, and 2 T-84's(Courtesy of Ukraine). These might take a while, perhaps 7-8 months
