Arcturus 1: AKA Giant City World
Arcturus 1 is an immense city world with over 98% the system's total population. It is covered in metropolises and has towers many miles tall. Also present is a massive manufacturing district, making anything from planet buster bombs to stub pistols. With a population of over 2 trillion, it is probably one of the most populated planets in the Galaxy now. Currently there is a massive food shortage.

Arcturus 2: Military World
A massive military base is here, along with 25 billion personel and 2000 warships. There are multiple space fortresses nearby.
Currently they are stuck due to the food shortage.

All the crazy mad scientist stuff goes on here, like generating mini-black holes. Don't go in without a permit. There are only 100,000 people here.

In that case, head to Umbara, and give Anaxes more headaches. I'm probably gonna move the Long Shadow into Umbara just because it's long-kinfe actually works and my people need the reassurance.

The alteration, changing, or destruction of a species and their genes.

and;

Allowing the death of any sentient and sapient being by other such beings, regardless of age, gender, status, or species without the sanction of the God-Emperor.

And the ones the Spindleans would like only comes down to these:

The bombardment of an Adan World, or a world which can support life, without the forgiveness and sanction of the God-Emperor.

The enslavement of any species unless they have insulted the God-Emperor in the most direct of ways.

Currently, Ostia (Moscow's civ) is taking the brunt of the Highbreed's munching on them. The Tagali are assisting. The Taari, Spindleans, Azyrians, and Sinn are far enough away as of yet to not be munched on or be involved... yet.
