About our virus bombs, they are not biological, they are pure chemical in production. They will turn everything biological the "virus" touches into a highly combustible sludge. The bombs have a secondary fire bomb to set of the sludge.

Even so, the Highbreed are extremely fast at evolving and adapting to situations. They'd likely end up countering and disabling the chemical composition somehow, if that's the case. Also, I hope you understand the fact that just because "supr weponz!" doesn't mean you can roflstomp the Highbreed if they're taking over planets of yours, or that you can just force your way to autowin via spam killing Highbreed planets.

Well, for the highbreed, would my handheld weapons do the trick? They combined phased energy with balefire, which is a substance that was originally designed to fuel itself by consuming organic matter. There are different classifications of balefire, for instance the stuff used in my ship-based weaponry is designed to break down and fuel itself with metals and alloys, while the handheld weaponry uses balefire designed to consume biological material.

Union forces were outnumbered 5:1, and suffered 85% losses. The tyranids were annihilated and the local planet was wiped out. It was bad, but experience was gained.

Our citizens are hardworking and loyal. They would never surrender to anyone. Union technology is ahead of most other races in a majority of fields, like teleportation. The UTD center on Arcturus 3 is even more advanced. We rely on what ranges from cheap fusion to dark matter/energy for power. Our tallest building is 32,000 ft tall! Tech distribution is flawed as mentioned earlier, leaving parts of the navy rather simple vs other parts (ships built on different worlds range. While most are the same, some UTD ships are very advanced).

Well, I was going to have the ship I have at the other infestation site to alert their government about losing the system and tell all other ships to warn others and possible find allies to fight the Hivebreed. Or if someone ask Solia about the Hivebreed or if she hears it then she will report it back and rest is history.
