The Greatest RP Group was founded in October of 2015. This RP group, as the name suggests; is the greatest RP group on NationStates and has many high-quality roleplayers from RPs such as "After The Great War", "After The Great War II: Cold War Rising", "The European Union, a RP", "the Iron and Steel series", "A Divided Continent", "Generations of Advancement", and many other highly-successful RPS.

Many of these roleplayers have gotten together and joined the region of Palm Beach, which has many of the RPers that were in these mentioned RPs. And many of the people who will join this RP group were in/played in the RPs mentioned above. But that is not a requirement for membership, and anyone can join this RP Group.

What Is This For Exactly?

Well, the P2TM roleplay community needed another RP group. and The Greatest RP Group Ever was formed, the people of the group share RP ideas, promote their RPs, talk about their RPS, talk about life, talk about food, the deep net, or anything else really. The Greatest RP Group Ever will have a list of RPs for you to join that have been created by our members.

The mission of The Greatest RP Group Ever is just to have fun, talk about RPs and all sorts of things, roleplay, and did I mention have fun?

I Heard That Other RP Group Had Mascots, Does This One Have Mascots?

Yes, of course we have mascots. Every good RP group needs a mascot.

Our first mascot is seen in our logo. He is a cat, and his name is Sir Fluffykins, Slayer of Dragons and Destroyer of Worlds! He may seem like a cool cat, and he is. His magical sunglasses can make him see any moment in any period of time, past present or future. And what he sees is projected onto the front of his sunglasses.

Is he just a regular cat? Perhaps. Or perhaps he is a magic spacecat who has traveled from a faraway start system, destroyed many worlds, slayed many dragons, and drank a lot of milk. We will never know before, but he helps to promote The Greatest RP Group Ever and our RPs as an unpaid volunteer.

I've always enjoyed nation based RPs, especially those global in scale which is why i love cold war RPs. How ever there's been a trend im beginning to see where when conflict occurs, its always either in east asia or europe, ignoring the strategically located middle east. This is why i've been brainstorm several Europe-vs-E.Asia RPs where though the participating countries are in the opposite ends of Eurasia, they expand and clash around the Levant-Persia.

scenario 1: the years of rice and salt
The plague kills of 2/3 of all European, not just 1/3, leaving the kingdoms severely weakened and ripe for a Muslim invasion. After the Muslim horde invades from Al-Al-Andalus an control all of Europe, independent kingdoms with a fusion of European and Islamic cultures break off from the caliphate and develop their own identities. In this era, Persa and the Ottomans are by far the richest and most powerful empires west of the Indus valley.

On the other side China blobbed up and ate/made tributaries of all surrounding nations. It expanded to central and began exerting influence over the Indian principalities. This is where their interest clashed with the Muslims and war was declared between China and her supporters and a bloc of Muslims states. The war will mostly take place in central asia, India-Persia and between Chinese and Muslim colonies in america. will expand if interested.

scenario 2: rome meets china/mongols
simple enough in that Rome never really collapsed but instead triumphed over Sassanid Persia. In this timeline Islam never really developed and Muhammad was considered a notable bandit-king in Arabia. The mongols/Chinese eventually swing down from from the steppe and begins the invasion of roman Persian-territories.

I have more ideas if the previous do no seem interesting but will have to write about them later due to time, what do you think?

I'm interested in Scenario 1, although can we have different countries than the ones outlined in the map?
