Understand that its very hard to make guns. Its not just the time or the resources to be gathered, but also he's a mutant and making guns and giving them to anyone well bring the Imperial Army or the Order of the Hunters.

Parents/Origin story: Coming from a small town in the Empire, Hynias was given over to someone who would become his mentor so that he could be trained in the arts of combat, magic to a small extent, and tactical strategy. This was brought about when a man visited their village, having resolved to travel the land, teaching what he knew to whoever he could. When he stopped in Hynias's village he decided to teach a small class, having learned the language of the area. He saw something in Hynias that he hadn't seen before and decided, against his better judgement to ask his parent if he could take the boy with him. His parents, his father a farmer and his mother a housewife, saw no better opportunity than to send their son with this man under the promise that he teach him well. With his parents good graces he took the boy and brought him back to his home.
Biography: His mentor turned out to be a very prominent warrior, having retired to his small estate out in the country side. He brought Hynias here to fulfill the promise he made to the boys presence and to fulfill the wishes of an old man looking to pass on what he knew. Hynias was a good student, his mentor choosing to relate to him the principles of philosophy in the stoic fashion, this brought him and his mentor very close as soon both held these principles dear. From there he related what history he knew before moving into combat, Hynias now growing into his form. He was now oer 6 feet tall and the young man of 16 was strong and well fed. His mentor taught him the basics of combat, soon adding to his knowledge by showing him how to use a sword and a shield. This was all required to show him the arts of tactics, as he now had a fundamental understanding of how combat worked. His mentor educated him until he died, choosing to leave his home to the king in order to encourage his student to go out and see the world.
His first trip was to visit his parents. He found them old and tired, the work in the fields having worn his body down. His mother was well, but soon into his stay she contracted an illness to which she never recovered. They spent their last days together, happy to have been able to return and show them that they could be proud of the son they sent away. His parents laid to rest, he left his village, finding his way to an order house, the small group of people willing to trade information. He took time to stay there for a some time, the order teaching him how take advantage of his size, Hynias now grown to full stature, in order to wield a two handed weapon. In trade he taught them his philosophies of stoicism, showing how patients and logical thinking would prevail from emotional attachment.
When he finished his lessons before they finished his, and so despite the fact that they asked him to stay, he took his leave, having adapted what he learned from the order to wield a two-handed weapon and a shield. This was one of his basis when he applied for mercenary work, being hired to guard a caravan when it had just started. He stayed with this caravan as the profits rose, his paycheck increasing as well. He used this to buy a good set of armor, replacing the old set he had been using. He also re-equipped himself, choosing to keep his old sword but trade in his shield for a new one, picking one as thick as a door.
Soon after he became bored once more, and left to continue traveling the world, and so this is where he is now, wandering the world looking for people to pass knowledge and experience onto.

Still, I'll try my best.
I've been having a hard time writing lately but want to start doing it again since I like roleplaying, but the vast amount of work turns me off.
Ah well, I'll stop being whiny and write up a post...hopefully in the next day...or week.... or month.

I'll be having my characters and possibly a party of Hunters heading North into Oregon on their way to Vyrengaard. They may chance to run into each other?

@Reatra, Yes you can
@New Ferris, that would be allowed. Just don't rip off the Roman Republic because I kinda dislike it when people just rip things whole sale. Make it your own so to speak.

Harumi woke up in the morning early, rubbing his eyes. He sleepily looked over to his clock which read 5:00AM. He smiled, getting up and out of his bed. His room was small and barely furnished, as he only had things that he needed. Harumi went into his kitchen, grabbing a bowl of water out of his window sill. He dipped a rag into it, still somewhat sleepy. A few moments later and he plunged his hand into the water, grabbing the rag. Squeezing it, he got most of the water out of it. Here's to a fresh new day I suppose. he thought to himself, using the wet rag to wash his face. Not only did it clean it, it also woke him up a bit.
A few minutes later and he was dressed and out the door, heading for his daily meditation spot. Along the way, he stopped at a stall. It was one of the few that were actually open at this time, run by an old woman selling Ramen. He smiled at the woman before speaking. "Fujiko! I'd like a bowl of Konoha's finest ramen, please." while putting some money on the counter. The old woman smiled, politely replying "You know it's not the best but thank you Harumi." before going making him a bowl.
I know who else would enjoy a bowl of this! The Hokage...I should ask her to come sometime.. he thought to himself, savoring the flavor of the noodles. Imbetween a bite Harumi decided to talk to the woman again. "So Fujiko, how's the grandchildren?". She smiled, replying as she was pouring another customer a bowl. "They've become Genin. I'm so proud of them.". Harumi nodded before replying "Perhaps they'll end up assigned to my team?" he said chuckling. Fujiko replied, "I'd hope not! They'd come back telling ol' granny about how much they love the Hokage!". This solicited a few smirks from those at the stall, Harumi laughing himself. "Perhaps you are right afterall.".
He finished his bowl, heading off to the training grounds. He wasn't slated to begin training with anyone yet and he didn't even have a team, though he still trained regularly in order to win the love of the Hokage. If I become the most powerful ninja in the village, she's sure to love me back! he thought to himself, continuing on.
Harumi arrived at the training grounds after an uneventful walk, though he did manage to take in the Hokage's beauty one last time by looking at her very own sculpture on the Hokage Rock. Why must she be a Senju.. he muttered, beginning to meditate. Harumi was of mind that meditation cleared the body of all evils, whether it's stress or bad intents. And it worked wonders.
After a few hours of meditation, he was finally ready to begin his actual training. Shadow Clone Jutsu! he exclaimed, performing the jutsu. "Alright boys, you all know the drill.".
All seven of his clones nodded, before jumping back in their respective directions. Harumi was the first to attack, leaping into the air and launching several kunai. While still in the air, he performed the Great Fireball Jutsu. Several of the clones that were grouped and charging at him were immediately wiped out by the massive fireball, simultaneously with the two clones that had been hit by his kunai.
Only two remained and they pressed their attack as soon as Harumi hit the ground. One came flying out with a kunai in hand, rushing at Harumi's back. Harumi grinned, throwing a kunai to his side and doing a backflip over his clone. The clone turned too late, a kunai was already hitting him.
The one clone that was still running at him was hit with the kunai he threw to the side, disappearing with a puff of smoke.
Harumi grinned, sweat dripping off of his forehead. He pulled a rag from his pouch, rubbing his forehead off with it. "A good training huh?" he said to himself aloud, not really directed at anyone. He sighed, getting up and heading back for the village. He arrived back at the stall again, ordering another bowl of ramen. Harumi ate quickly, soon leaving for his home. Upon arriving, he got out of his training gear and took a quick shower. Soon he was in his regular attire, sitting in his living room and reading.
Hours later, this would be interrupted by the attack on the village.
As soon as he heard that the village was under attack, he quickly ran out of his apartment. Looking off in the distance, he could see the nine tails.
"No! This can't be happening..." he yelled, running ever faster at the destruction that was being wrought upon the village. A few moments later and he could see the Hokage, surrounded by her ANBU. "Hokage! I am here, I will lend you my hand!" he exclaimed, quickly performing the hand seals for the Great Fireball Jutsu, launching it directly at the stranger who seemed to be controlling the nine-tails.
Up close, Harumi realized that the nine tails had Sharingan eyes. The bastard's a Uchiha.. he thought to himself, the fireball launching from his mouth.
