I was about a quarter through typing up my review of the Qing when I noticed something I did not previously see, and have TGed Liecth for discussion of that. I'm sorry for the delay.

So I'm not even accepted yet? Crud, that means I can even draft my first post. Was hopping we get this sorted at and have the ic up by the weekend. Note of warning if I am accepted: my activity next week will be minimal due to upcoming exams. The week after that however, I would be completely free.

Germany is not likely to back revolts in Poland until it has its own guys on the ground there. There are lots of Poles in Germany who'd like to be part of any new Poland.
