No one, Yugoslavia was an avowed anti-Soviet state, so much they would lock you up for supporting them.

The Commonwealth/Empire probably has around 375,000,000-500,000,000 people at this point. If 1.5% of these people were enrolled in the military, then The British Empire could have 5,625,000 troops. Even if it was just 1 percent, I still would have at least 3,000,000 troops enrolled. Most of these troops are going to be in Africa and Asia. And if I needed to, The Commonwealth could easily muster a few million more, but less-trained troops if needed. But I am not going to need all these troops. Britain can easily crush the AFU and Ethiopia. But I have no qualms doing that to Ethiopia, but I would really like to come to a peaceful solution with the AFU.

I don't really understand why you have it in for me so much. However, I must point out that if you're expecting African and Indian troops to fight on your behalf against Arab and Ethiopian troops, you're going to be dealing with some serious issues in terms of troop morale and motivation. There is a reason Britain relied heavily on British-born troops historically; the colonial troops could not be trusted to remain loyal to the empire.
