This is too unrealistic, Austria-Hungary was falling apart by the time of the Gebirgskrieg and there's no way the Croats (who were under Hungarian jurisdiction anyways), Slovenes and Czechs would want to stay part of a German dominated society.

Perhaps he could keep South Tyrol and the Sudetenland? Italy could have been given more of the Dalmatian coast instead. It would make for odd borders, but it certainly makes more sense than Czechoslovakia ever did :3
